Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Stopped by this location while passing through the area, and received the nastiest looking sandwich I’ve ever gotten from any Whataburger location. Additionally, the chicken filet was so dry. How could someone look at that lettuce and think it was okay to serve it? I’m only giving 2 stars for the pleasant service delivered by the young lady at the drive through.

T.J. is the Lebron James of Whatburger employees. I could tell my patty melt was seasoned with love and joy. I felt a special connection with all employees. They made this place more than a restaurant, it is a home away from home. I cannot wait to come back one day and see T.J. continue to thrive in this postion.

Customer Service was fantastic! The two people at the drive thru were very personable and professional.
The vanilla shake was very good. Thick and creamy with a great vanilla taste. The chocolate shake tasted like the vanilla shake with a hint of something, but not chocolate. The shoestring fries and onion rings were perfect, hot and crispy, a perfect complement to the shakes.
Overall, everything was very good but I was disappointed in the chocolate shake…add more chocolate Whataburger.

The CLEANIEST!! fastfood spot ive ever entered. Staff look very presentable. I met the store manager Ms. DANIELLE was amazing and had such great customer service. I think we may start to frequent here more then driving to the gadsden location.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know about the mistake and the informed me that they would replace the sandwich with the correct one. I let them know that I was on the way and would be there in less than 15min. When I arrived they had me wait for over 30min to receive my order (they were not busy at the time.) When I finally received my order I noticed my chicken sandwich was extra juicy. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable with eating the sandwich and I will never go to another whataburger again.

The best customer service that I got was from Danielle. She was happy, welcoming and very easy to speak with. Food was hot and fresh and the place was clean plus inviting. I recommend going there to eat.

So the atmosphere of the restaurant was very clean with a suitable temperature for dining inside. The food is prepared accurately fresh. The front cash staff could be advised to be more attentive to incoming customers and focus on making sure that the ordering process is prioritized over fraternizing with fellow employees that are not on duty for that shift.
