Belgian Pearl Sugar is added to give it a caramelized crust and sweet doughy inside! Our Craft Espresso drinks are made with locally sourced coffee. We also have cold brew, nitro cold brew, coffee, and chai tea. We operate at our drive thru location as well as at events in the area in the waffle trailer. If you haven’t tried our waffles yet, you are in for a treat! We have sweet, savory, and some WILD recipes that are sure to delight any appetite or craving!

We stopped at Wilder Waffle Co today and were blown away! The food was absolutely delicious and each waffle had its own personality. The Boston Cream waffle was even better than a Boston Cream donut—rich, creamy, and indulgent. The Italian Honey Bee waffle was perfectly sweet and saucy, while the special El Waffle Libre brought a tangy, tasty twist that kept things exciting. Every bite felt creative and satisfying. Our family of four has been so excited to try the new drive-up location of Wilder Waffle Co., and today we finally made it happen—and it did not disappoint! With their recent weekend hours extending later, we jumped at the chance to enjoy waffles for lunch, and it was the perfect choice.
Our kids ordered the Cookies and Cream Waffles, while my husband and I went with the Farmhouse Sausage and Farmhouse Bacon Sandwiches, paired with a Chai Latte and their holiday special, the Snickerdoodle Latte. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
I didn’t even have a chance to take photos of the kids’ waffles because they disappeared that fast! Our 5- and 7-year-olds gave the highest praise possible, declaring, “These are the best waffles we’ve ever had!” followed immediately by, “We’re coming back tomorrow, right?” Safe to say, kid-approved and then some.
The sandwich options were just as impressive—hearty, perfectly balanced, and incredibly filling. The Snickerdoodle Latte was the ideal seasonal treat and paired beautifully with the meal, making our first visit feel extra special. From the quality of the food to the convenience of the drive-up experience, Wilder Waffle Co. absolutely nailed it.
We’ll definitely be back again (probably sooner than later!) and will enthusiastically recommend Wilder Waffle Co. to friends, family, and anyone looking for a delicious, feel-good meal. ☕

The team behind the window is always friendly, upbeat, and makes every visit feel special. You can tell they love what they do. It’s been so fun watching them grow from their awesome food truck to now opening a drive-thru space — what a win for all of us waffle lovers!

A must if you’re in the Hudson area! I had the cookies and cream waffle and basic B coffee. Omg was this good! So unique and delicious. We stopped at this easy to get to location that is right off the highway on our way to Willow Falls. A perfect day! A 10/10 for this place!!

Went this morning and was the first person in line at 6am for their first weekday open.
They are still perfecting their order fulfillment process so be patient if it takes a few minutes. From order to food in hand mine took about 12 minutes.
I ordered the Farmhouse Bacon sandwich with cream cheese. The sandwich was amazing and was a really good breakfast on my commute into work. I was going to add a picture to this review but as soon as I started eating the sandwich I couldn’t stop so the picture would just be an empty tray.
My only suggestion at this point would be to wrap the handhelds in some sort of foil or wrapper so they’re easier to eat while driving. I go past here every day on my way to work and look forward to trying more menu items on my commute!
