Wow, the best ice cream place in all DFW! We were 16 people in total, and they welcomed us a few minutes before closing! Nelly, Nilda, and Jazmin are the best! With the best customer service, they helped us and took our order with the biggest smile! These ladies deserve a raised! Friends recommend this place for their flavors and they were right! But to add the great customer service on top really makes this place unique. We will come back and recommend to everyone we can! Thank you!

Sadly to say this place went down hill, today I went to get a Oreo milkshake so as she was ringing up my purchase I noticed how much it was for a little cup and plus it’s blue bell cookies and cream not even Oreo misleading NOT THE DAMN SAME….. it’s high priced rip off and all she did was mix it with no other ingredients I watched her make it smh them put an Oreo cookie on top this place is a whole rip off. Small Mexican ice cream shop great little spot. With great snacking options..some things made fresh on the spot & great serving size as well compared to most ice cream places. All ways seems to be packed so be prepared to wait a few minutes but other then that totally worth it .

Stopped by here the other day, line is usually long so decided to come see what the hype is about. This is a place where you can get ice cream, as well as some authentic Mexican treats and snacks. One single scoop of ice cream is about 1.25 which is not bad considering they give you a nice size scoop. I gave 3 stars solely off their menu, because it is only in Spanish. some of the items on the menu you don’t really know what’s in them just by looking at the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. It says # 2 I have no idea where #1 is – Wheezy

I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this has happened multiple times now—about three or four visits. Each time, I ask for one thing, and they give me something else instead. Then, when I correct the order, they end up charging me more, even though the mistake was on their end.
For example, today I asked for a large corn in a cup, and instead they gave me a whole corn on the cob. I politely corrected it, and while they did give me the large cup, they charged me more—even though the original mistake wasn’t mine.
I really don’t appreciate being charged extra for fixing something I didn’t mess up. I hope this can be improved, because I do enjoy the food.

Update: One of the owners came out to personally apologize for the inconvenience. He explained that they strive to provide good service and made things right, which I really appreciated. This place is one of my favorite spots when everything goes smoothly, and it’s clear the owner cares about customer service. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying their snacks—the food is great, and it’s good to see them working to bring the service up to par with the quality of the food.

Purchased this bag of chicharrones for my son Jan. 2, 2025 and come to find out they sold me this bag that has been expired since October of 2024. The expired food caused him food poisoning I ended up having to take him to the doctor.

Bad customer service I ask for a funnel cake loaded with ice cream and they gave a weird looking funnel cake with no ice cream after charging me extra for ice cream and the funnel didn’t even look like the picture I ask to get another one I put my order at 3:48 it’s now 4:30 and haven’t got my funnel cake yet I’m pissed off!
