⭐ 1 STAR — ONLY BECAUSE ZERO ISN’T AN OPTION
Panda Express – Bonita Plaza is hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had — and that’s saying something.
The food looked like it had been sitting under heat lamps since yesterday. Orange Chicken was dry, chewy, and borderline inedible. Chow mein tasted like oily cardboard. Portions? Laughable. I’ve seen airplanes get served more generously.
Customer service was just as bad. Staff looked annoyed that customers even existed. No greeting, no eye contact, no urgency — just pure “we don’t care” energy. If attitude could be bottled, this place would be a hazardous material site.
Cleanliness? Questionable. Tables sticky, floor dirty, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t seen a real wipe-down in a while. For a chain restaurant, this is unacceptable.
If you’re craving Panda Express, drive to literally any other location. This one feels like it’s being run on autopilot by people who’ve already checked out.
Save your money. Save your appetite. Avoid this place.

There was no line but it took a bit to get my food. My Walnut Shrimp is either burnt or has mysterious black substance lol.
The couple infront of me got a box brimming with food unlike mine. We ordered the same but got different quantities.
Not sure how I feel about this place. The cashier was atleast nice though..

On this Panda Express staff are mean, they mess up the orders and don’t pay attention when you order, specially the manager named Huong, she looks at you in a mean way and doesn’t listens when you ask for something, pretty bad experience

They don’t speak well English so I didn’t understand what they kept asking, and the food tasted much nastier than the Panda Express I usually go to. It was cold and the Sesame Chicken I bought wasn’t even cooked well. The Chow Mein was super short I couldn’t get it with my fork.

This is my go to panda location and I have never had a problem. But tonight’s dinner was not the same flavors or recipe on our go to choices . Definitely someone new in kitchen what a Shame wasting my money on food that I know was not up to panda standers. Teriyaki chicken needed more time on grill did not have a grill flavor more of a boiled flavor Kun pow chicken did not have the normal reddish color taste or glaze . Rice was undercooked hard list goes on I was unpleases I will be going to the one off jamicha rd from now till they mess up

I don’t understand why this Panda Express has an online order function yet when you get to the restaurant you’re completely ignored at the register. There was one person on the line and two on the register the two male employees didn’t welcome me nor give me any type of eye contact as I was just there to pick up my order that I made online. I had to interrupt the man checking out the next guest just to get my order after waiting 10 mins. It was very unprofessional.

Plaza Bonita Location: The first incident was last year when my daughter found a worm of some sort in her beef and broccoli and the store manager gave her attitude instead of issuing a refund. So we do not eat their veggies anymore.
The second incident happened this weekend as we were ordering orange chicken and went to pay for it and noticed a roach crawling from behind the counter and we asked for a manager and gave the food back. Asked for a refund and the manager did not want to give us a refund. Argued with my teen daughter as the roach continued to crawl all over the counter and made its way on the card machine for the POS system. We asked once again for a refund and have yet to receive it. The manager then asked my daughter not to record, which she was not recording but definitely should have recorded everything. WE WILL NOT BE EATING AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.
