Been going to this Dunkin for years. They never seem to be stocked up on anything when it comes to donuts or munchkins. They’re always missing a bunch of flavors. Maybe it’s just my luck, but they’re always lacking on things one way or another

A stand-alone Dunkin Doughnuts with a large parking lot. Ordered ahead. Hot steamy delicious coffee and a doughnut were waiting for me when I walked in. Employees seems pleasant. Place was very clean. Tables and chairs available.

Excellent dunkin donut location. Employee Ustav is really good at his job! Always goes out of his way and has a friendly welcoming demeanor about him. Coffee/Lattes are always on point. Clean loaction. Other employees are also very pleasant.

Consistency! This place is extremely consistent. It’s not the most convenient place for me but this is where I get my coffee at least five days a week. Because they are consistent with product, service and cleanliness.

In a good location. I stop a lot actually. There was a period where they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom until after I bought my coffee. That’s so new age.. I like old school places that just assume you will order because it’s the right thing to do if you use the bathroom. I think they grew up and let you go in before ordering now. Yay

Long story short: would give 6 Stars if possible. Was short .29 cents picking up a Iced caramel Latte for a friend working at Star Bazaar down the block. Out of the shadows, Abraham (manager?) 4 people standing at one end empty shelves, and they didn’t even pay attention to a customer. I had called them..and I said, you don’t have Boston cream donut or strawberry frosted..she said, yes, but they’re in the back..worst customer service. Hire less people but train them better

Mislabeling or mishandling orders like this shows a serious lack of responsibility and consideration. I hope Dunkin’ takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to avoid putting customers in such uncomfortable and distressing situations in the future.
