Do not go to this dominos! Drive to a different one. They mess up the food all the time. They literally sold me an open soda yesterday and when I called they said I could come today to get the replacement. Get there and the manager fights me on the soda. The manager even held the pizza back that we paid for so he could say something. Which was nothing useful. And we had to rip it out of his hand to take the food we already paid for. Terrible customer service, you would think they would be horrified that they sold an opened unsealed flat soda to anyone. Not to mention the insults he said to us. I will never go to this place again! Every time there is mistakes and bad customer service. They need new managers there and better training. Otherwise close the place down. After this I’m contacting the health department and BBB. TRULY HORRIFIC ESTABLISHMENT!

Horrible Service. Ordered 2 Medium pizzas for delivery for me and my mother. One of them we wanted half sausage. But it comes with no cheese just sausage and sauce. So we called the store and the man over the phone only gave us an attitude and wouldn’t help resolve our situation. Wouldn’t come back here ever! And corporate was contacted!

We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 2 8pc stuffed cheesy breads, 8pc bone in wings & a 2L soda and we only received 2 Marinara sauce, 1 for each 8pc cheesy bread & 1 blue cheese for the 8 traditional wings. When i requested extra Marinara sauce i was told it was $0.79 each. Like seriously!
Then to add insult to injury, we ordered BBQ wings only to get home & find we were given mild Buffalo wings instead. The taste of which left alot to be desired! They definitely needed to be cooked some more.
When i called to complain abt getting the wrong flavor wings i was told that “he, the order taker HAD HEARD when i said BBQ wings but that my husband had said mild 3 times at pointed at our daughter. So he went with mild because my husband was the one ordering” . Needless to say my husband wasn’t saying he wanted mild Buffalo wings. He was just saying get a mild flavor for the wings so our 5yo could eat some. And for the record we were both ordering. In fact i was doing the majority of the ordering as my husband always defers to me for such things. All in all not the best experience..

Just got my order ask to leave at the door with a gray table out front delivery guy leave it on the wet ground. I called the store to speak with the assistant Manager all she says is “I will talk to the guy” What is this world coming to? You see a table and put food on a wet ground? I know this is fast food, but where is our common sense to not put food on a table very disappointed….

Deny you to do take out at 12:38am but will offer delivery. Does that even make sense? Be careful here depending who’s working they will try to overcharge you and not put deals in or coupons offered online unless you mention it.

This store is generally a hit or miss.
1- kinda bad area of town. Homeless Hotspot!!!! Light gang activity. This place is right down the street from alot of bigger gang related areas. The pizza place shows this due to its “Eletronically Lockable Frontdoor” (Ghetto Pawn Shop Style). Its also located next to a bar with a bunch of clowns. Always expect something to happen each time you go there because it probally will.
2- Parkinglot is horrible and located next to a bad intersection nobody gives a F at. One time i saw a suv upside down there and the speed limit is 35. Still cant figure that one out.
3- they refuse to deliver to anyone outside of their “already programed delivery adress”. Meaning if you call them from a friends house or at work and ask to have the pizza delivered they will say NO ” due to safety concers of their drivers”. personally thats not my problem.
4- theres a big white girl that always works there and acts like a hot shot like shes the Queen Bee of Dominoes. Shes the reasoning behind some of the Liberal type rules they have there im sure and also sometimes shes a lil rude.
5- sometimes you should sniff the pizza. If there is ANY hint of sourness return it. Do not eat it. Its bad and it will make you sick. Upon mentioning this to them there reaction was one where it felt like they do that quiet often.
6- but once ina while….. i do get a decient pizza without any issues. Untill i get severe heartburn and cant sleep 5 hours later from the sauce or whatever the hell it is you put on that thing to make my stomache go nuclear.

I’m not going to lie.. this is 100% a guilty pleasure of mine. I’m never disappointed by the garlicy buttery pizza crust, and it’s always hot and delicious. Now, to be fair, me and my wife and I usually resort to ordering dominos when it is too late to order anything else, and we had maybe a little to drink but I can’t really remember ever being disappointed or upset after ordering I only remember stuffing my face and being excited when the food arrives so for that fact alone all dominos get a 5 in my book. Also, for the price, it’s really a fair deal
