We placed an order for pick up in store with the intention of eating inside. Patricia was bagging up our order and everything was as ordered even some extra sauces. I appreciate she took the time to include every sauce we would have needed. Got the new Italian sandwich and it was decent, expected it to be hot but the sandwich was just barely warm. Still delicious. Mozzarella sticks were good and roast beef is always a hit. Patricia runs a tight ship. Will definitely be back!

Ordered the B1G1 deal on the app and everything was great. We tried the new Italian sandwhich and got a roast beef sandwhich. Also grabbed an order of Moz cheesesticks. Everything came out quickly and as ordered. The employee Patricia was great and very freindly. We let her know the honey mustard was empty in the lobby and she went out and filled it up as soon as she gave us our food. She then came over to our table to let us know it was ready to go. Wonderful experience today at the Arby’s in Brimfield!

Very bad, do not go here if you are….. he intentionally messed our order up ….. he asked us to pull around and we confirmed every part of the order. When we received our box meal it had a gyro in it and that’s not even in the menu. I also replace mozzarella sticks for my fires and they was missing. From the time we place place d the order on the drive thru he was very rude. Dont go here…… they pick and choose.

It was a pretty good Arby’s. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I’m sure they’re hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

I’ve never made a review before but I had to tell everybody how great our experience was. The cashier Randi was very helpful, fast, friendly, and made us laugh which is always a plus in my book, now the manager Patty was very courteous and the team work between just the 2 of them (didn’t see anybody else working) and multiple customers made my jaw drop they were killing it. They definitely deserve some recognition. Very clean, very friendly, and I had some of the best food I’ve had today. Even if you have to wait a few mins this location is better than any other I’ve been to. Thank you for such a great experience

7-30-25: the BEST FRIES I’ve ever had at a “fast food” joint! (crinkle cut) HOT and fresh, EVEN WITH a special request for no salt on ’em! Hally Poppers THE BEST too! Our Angus burger was juicy, hot and my gyros too! Not many places left where you can fill your own souflee cups with 5 different condiments! It means a lot to us! Generous with coupon acceptance too! Each got a vanilla shake and they were THICK with lotsa whip cream! I give the bathrooms a “B” (some paper towels on the floor) and the tables the same (a few not wiped) VERY FRIENDLY people, and even brought our food out to us! WE ALWAYS ring the bell on the way out when we’ve gotten great VALUE for your Benjamin’s! thank you ARBY’S!
1-15-26: I just felt compelled to submit an update about this Arby’s because THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS JUST THAT GOOD! And in hopes it will continue! I’ve been purchasing mozzarella sticks lately, and they are EXCELLENT! Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside and HOT, HOT, HOT! Every time we stop in they hook us up with EXTRA MILE DEALS and complete satisfaction! THANK YOU ARBY’S!
