The food was good. However, the ordering experience was very frustrating due to communication issues.
We are not native English speakers. The two employees at the counter showed no effort or patience to understand our request, which led to our order being made incorrectly. It was difficult to correct the error.
While we enjoyed the meal, the poor interaction with staff overshadowed the experience. We hope for more understanding customer service in the future.

Terrible experience. Ordered online 30 mins before coming to the store. When I arrived asked about my order, the said it was not ready and it would be a while. 10 min later I asked again and the employee said it would be 2 hours. I asked if he was serious and he said yes, the manager then started screaming at me because they were busy. I’ve visited this location for over a decade and can’t believe what happened today. The way the staff interact with customers is appalling and I was legitimately concerned for my safety. Update: entire order was wrong, still in shock of what happened trying to order a sandwich from a place I have visited many times over the years.

Ordered BLT (added grilled chicken), Turkey Club, Mac & Cheese. Both sandwiches were tasty. Mac & Cheese was overpowering. Delivery was quick and friendly (Grubhub). Price high, but fair. I recommend.

I was in a dark time when I first visited this establishment. I felt hopeless… all until I met Dakota. He greeted me with a hunktastical smile and it warmed my heart. Within moments of greeting him I burst into tears of joy. Most would feel embarrassed spontaneously bursting into tears in public but it was really hard to feel shame when I felt the warm embrace of Dakota seconds later. He calmed me down immediately, somehow knowing the exact lullaby my grandmother would always sing to me as a child. He looked me in the eyes with an immense passion and intensity that you rarely see in your every day life and said “don’t give up, sport.” Dakota talked me off the edge…. I don’t know what I’d do without him.

I was going to complain but then I read it and it said “stay strong… love Dakota.” How did he even know that I was going through a messy divorce as well as being in throes of unemployment?? Dakota knew me better than my own soon to be ex-wife. With tears brimming in my eyes, I rushed over to the cash register to thank this kind soul. He told me “It’s my pleasure. I live to serve.” That was the final push… I burst into tears. “Thank you for being a potbelly patriot!” I exclaimed between sobs. Dakota, if you’re out there, never give up. You’re a better man than me, and a much better man than my rotten ex-wife!
