⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — Total Rip-Off
I paid six dollars for a drink and got nothing but a cup full of ice. There was barely any actual coffee — maybe three sips total before it was gone. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you’re going to charge that much, at least fill the cup with the product people are paying for. I’m tired of wasting money at places that don’t care about quality or customers. Dunkin’, you need to do better — this was my last visit.

Worst experience ever! We were a group of 5 wanting to get some coffee and the old guy working here was such a racist. Neither did we rush him or bother him. As we started ordering first, he was just irritated and rude. for just the 2nd order of coffee he started saying im just alone here, which I understand but we weren’t rushing him at all. He would just get irritated more and more as if we were not paying for what we were ordering or asking for anything more. I also told mentioned you can take your time sir, one of friends asked for just additional pump of mocha in his coffee and he sarcastically said- ‘yes my dear yes’ And that is not just it!!? there were other people in the line behind us and guess what he was just so nice to them, saying sorry or asking what size they wanted in a very polite way. We noticed for a few people after us he did the same, talk to them properly. I’m just not sure what we did was wrong here?? just get coffee for ourselves?

Shout out to RJ. Makes excellent drinks. Made up for the Dunkin up the road’s espresso machine being busted. That team was nice enough to call over to RJ’s location for them to make them for us. Great crews

They should rename this one dirty dunkin. The place is FILTHY!!! There’s so much fingerprints and grease on the doors, you can barely see through them. Dirt and garbage all over and everything is sticky.

Even this one star is for the gentleman who took the order after they all walked around seeing us wait to order. It is very unfriendly environment. Most importantly, if you are a person of color, I would think 10 times before you go there. It was pretty evident. Sad. And the cream cheese croissant…they seriously don’t know what they are doing…

Busy, but didn’t have to wait long. I got bagel minis, which were cold almost frozen on the inside. Not a big deal. My husband got a croissant which had cold egg and a bug. So that’s a no for us.

I went to this Dunkin on Tuesday. The people who first took my order were friendly and patient, and they made my drink quickly, but then they clocked out, leaving another man to take over.
My boyfriend was sitting in the dining room waiting for our food. After 10 minutes of waiting in an empty store, I went to check on it. The man behind the counter looked confused and asked, “What food?” when I brought it up. I had ordered the $5 meal and had already paid for it. I basically had to argue with him to get my food at all.
After some back-and-forth, he made me the wraps from the meal but refused to give me the hashbrowns I had ordered on the side. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but the customer service was awful.
I would not recommend this location to anyone.
