I expected more from this restaurant because of its high rating. Unfortunately, the service was not very good. We often had to wait for our waitress, and ordering another drink took about 20 minutes. We even had to wave to get his attention, as he didn’t notice us. There were available tables, so it seemed they should have had enough time for their guests. Also, the waitress spoke very quietly, and we had to ask him to repeat herself several times, which made communication difficult.
As for the atmosphere, the design was fine, but I didn’t like the smell—it reminded me of an old room, which felt unusual for a restaurant. The first impression when entering wasn’t great.
Regarding the food: the carpaccio was excellent and very delicious. I also ordered pasta with seafood. The pasta was al dente and the seafood was okay, but in my opinion the sauce wasn’t creamy enough and felt too watery. The lamb was not cooked well—it wasn’t tender and had a strong smell, which made it unpleasant.
Additionally, the wine was too warm for my taste.

Our time at Fiore was one filled with great food and a great service. Its atmosphere, mainly due to the restaurant’s size, is compact but cozy. If you feel a bit squished, however, there is outdoor seating as well. The drinks here are great, and they do not skimp on the alcohol. Their wine selection can compliment any dish you choose. The food here is fresh and homemade with full flavors. The staff are friendly and made the experience fun. If you’re looking for a small and fun Italian restaurant at a great price, Fiore is the place to go.

Had a really enjoyable meal here. My favorite bread dipping sauce is here, and it’s their olive pesto dip. It’s garlicky and yummy. We got the gnocchi with Gorgonzola, Moroccan chicken, short ribs, and a salad. Satisfying meal with good flavors. It’s a neighborhood gem that likely has regulars. The service with Ford was awesome and super welcoming.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Everything was Delicious. We started with the stuffed mushrooms. A perfect small plate to start with. Each mushroom was stuffed with crab. Very tasty. I had the mushroom ravioli. The pasta was cooked Al dente which I decided I rather enjoyed. The sauce was rich and creamy. My friend had the Marchigiana Granchia: penne pasta with crab meat and shrimp. That dish was very flavorful as well. Simple, minimal ingredients really brought out the flavor of each ingredient. We also enjoyed the cream puff dessert which was lots of fun. I will definitely go back.

Oh my Google reviewers, you completely misled me. Based on your score of 4.6 stars, I decided to give this place a shot before a concert at Concord Pavilion. And I have to say, I don’t get it.
We walked in and there was one table seated and two people at the bar. All patio tables and other tables were empty. The host took us to the furthest table at the back of the restaurant, tucked behind a wall. I’m assuming this was because we didn’t have a reservation – not quite sure why we had to be hidden in the back. The host had terrible body odor, you can imagine my disappointment when he turned out to be our server as well and we had to endure bad b.o. every time he came by.
The drinks and food were very reasonably priced, I love a good neighborhood restaurant with realistic price points. Menu has a good variety of cocktails, appetizers, and pasta options.
We started with the olive pesto dip, which is their most popular appetizer. It’s described as mediterranean mixed olives with candied walnuts, pesto, honey balsamic and olive oil. Ours had no walnuts, minimal balsamic, and what seemed like feta cheese. Not sure. But it was just kind of a bland oily dip for the stale bread.
For our entrees we ordered the ravioli and the carbonara. My ravioli was okay, the sauce was a weird brown color though which could be a little unappetizing visually. My spouse had the carbonara and it was bland. We had to ask for salt and pepper to try and season it. To make everything a little worse, the fresh flowers at our table had quite a bit of fruit flys which kept interrupting our meal.
Once the food was delivered, nobody really came back to check on us. There wasn’t an opportunity to order more drinks, we were offered dessert by a different employee later in the visit, but once the restaurant started to fill up, we were kinda forgotten about in the back.

Relaxed environment with good service. Enjoyable meal with a friend who suggested the haunt. I’d say the lamb added to my salad was a fine treat after a hardy morning bike ride around the nearby trails. Clayton is a lovely town with good eats!
