I don’t know if they just forget every.. single.. time… or they just constantly running out of ingredients. But this isn’t the first time my drink is missing half the ingredients. No whipped cream.. no cinnamon sugar.. no caramel drizzle.. I wanted to do a review of a popular drink, but this looks so bad I guess it has to be on their website. Sigh. I asked for light ice, but that space could’ve been filled with my whipped cream. I’m so salty about this. I would’ve mentioned it if I wasn’t in a rush to get to work.

Terrible. I rarely go to Dunkin. This was my first time at this location. I ordered one iced and one hot coffee. It took 20 whole minutes just to get 2 coffees. The iced latte was so overpowered with TJ maxx syrup I ended up just pouring it out. My mom’s hot caramel latte wasn’t even caramel. $10 on coffee that got poured out in a gas station parking lot. Never again Dunkin’.

Walked in with my grandson. Waited 5 minutes. Got no response. Got no recognition until I said something about leaving and then I asked for the manager. Man told me he was the manager and I asked for the district manager name and phone number and he said no and he said no. He was rude and he was mean and I left and went to a different donut shop where they actually had a line and at dunkin’ donuts they had two people in the building who were sitting at a table and no line and no other customers. You would think they would want to have some customers. Do not recommend this place at all. They are rude. They don’t care and they will not wait on you

This is the 2nd time i’ve come to this location and asked for a blue coolatta, and received this. My drink shouldn’t separate, shouldn’t foam in my mouth and leave my mouth extremely dry. I asked him to remake it and he said he didn’t add sugar in it but when he handed it to me the 2nd time, it tasted exactly the same. Usually when i get a blue coolatta, it’s a very pretty slushy blue drink. not this crap.

Originally went through the drive-thru and ordered the large cookie iced latte with ice. Got it and then headed down the street to where I was going to sit and have my lunch. Started eating my food and drinking my drink and my straw kind of fell in the lid,!so I go to get it and see through the top something green. I pop the lid off and there’s multiple ice cubes with the green in them. I pick one out to look closer and it’s bright green algae. I took photos etc, and even had others where I was see it so they could tell me what they thought it was and they all said that it was algae. I threw my food away as I didn’t want to eat or drink at all anymore as my stomach was upset knowing I was drinking the drink with algae in it. Then I drive back to the store where I walk in with my receipt and the drink to the counter. I told the girls that there was what looked like algae in multiple ice cubes. The one girl looks and says it’s matcha powder. I know that was not matcha powder, matcha powder is not this bright color, and it didn’t have plant look too it like algae. I’m not going to argue with them so just ask for my money back. They did return my money and I left. I did call the number got Dunkin to file a complaint, I sent the photos to the lady I spoke with as well. It’s not matcha powder! I then later had an email from a manager that they believed someone spilled matcha powder in ice machine. I’m not sure if that’s even worse that they knew they could’ve spilled something and left it, or their ice machine is just over due to be cleaned and building up algae. My daughter worked at a Dunkin Arizona and I sent her turn photos she matcha powder is a totally different texture then what was in the ice and it’s a darker green almost like a sage green. I feel like they are just trying to cover their butts because they knew the ice machine needed cared whether matcha powder or not. They took my receipt and the drink so only thing I have to back myself up now is are my photos and statements from others who saw it

Absolutely clean store. Great selections delicious drinks very refreshing! Thank you, Jayden, for the great drinks and avocado toast. Beautiful decor plenty of seating, absolutely fun place to visit highly recommend. Great idea to combine a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Baskin-Robbins in the same place.

I rarely order from Dunkin’, especially food. Every 6 months or so, I stupidly think that maybe it’s improved. I do enjoy the maple snackin’ bacon, so got the wrap this morning. Barely any bacon….of course. Gave ’em 2 stars because the service was decent this time at least.

Only filled my cup 3/4 full. I travel the United States all the time and stop at Dunkin’ Donuts they said they filled it 3/4 full because I asked for Less ice. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that’s ever done this to me
