It is very disappointing that its come to this, but I am compelled to leave a review of the very negative experiences I’ve recently had with Tokyo Joe’s. Firstly I’d like to say that, as a bodybuilder, this has been my go to place for over two years. I loved this place, but they have completely lost my business, I’ll do my best to outline why.
First of all, out of the last 6 times I’ve been to this location, 4 of the orders have been wrong. It seems like the service and overall atmosphere has been going downhill, and tonight confirmed my suspicions.
I came in and placed a very simple order to go for me and my brother. The order took a total of 27 minutes to complete; no one else was in line, the restaurant had very few people in it, and there were 4 employees at the front with 3 cooks in the back.
Within those 27 minutes, I witnessed employees putting on makeup, texting up front where customers could see, and one employee actually dropped an order on the way to the table, all in front of us. They all had a generally careless and negative attitude and acted like they didn’t even want to be there.
Once I received the order, out of habit I checked it to make sure it was correct, and sure enough they left an entire meal out. Once I brought it to there attention they somehow had it sitting around in the back.
In conclusion, this restaurant has become extremely disorganized, completely impersonal, is in a generally disgusting state, and terrible at providing their service within a reasonable time frame. I never thought I would be writing this review for Tokyo Joe’s, but I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.

The food, service and atmosphere of this location made for a better then average visit. The staff was warm and welcoming. We tried their new poke bowls for sushi night and highly recommend them. The spicy salmon was my favorite of the two. Although I wish that their sushi night included the old extended menu it used to, but who can complain about the two for one deal?! All in all had a great visit and will be back.

I was going to this location a while back and it always took a long time to get my simple bowls. I stopped going because of the time it was taking. I decided to give it another shot and was very pleased with the staff and time it is taking to receive my food. I believe they have a new manager and it shows! I now go once or twice a week. Keep up the good work!

Nice staff and the food was really good…. But make sure to check your bag if you order ahead. They forgot my peanut sauce. How can one have spring rolls with no peanut sauce? Super annoying, I had to drive all the way back from home just to get 1 sauce.

The food is always fresh, and I have enjoyed most of the food I have gotten from here, the only huge bummer is when sauce is forgotten. We got three bowls with teriyaki which all were missing 🙁 if you are doing takeout I would double check your order before you leave in case this happens. It’s nbd I know that it is easy to miss the little things, but some extra attention to expo I think would go the extra mile!

Stopped by 45 min before close after a Halloween party. They treated us just as kind as if we were there for lunch. The service was friendly and helpful. My friend had never been there before, but the server took time to help her figure out the menu. The food was good as always. Fresh California rolls. Love it!

My kids love this place, so I order food via their app every 1-2 weeks. Order process is smooth enough, but 3 out of 4 times I arrive home only to find that one or two sauce cups never made it into the bag. Which is a real bummer when it’s a 20 minute round trip to get a replacement.

The best, out of all of the Tokyo Joe’s locations we’ve eaten at. Friendliest staff, prompt service, best food presentation. The kids love it, we go around 3p when our 9 yr. old gets out of school.
