We got here just before the dinner crowd on a Friday. Within an hour nearly all the tables were taken.

The service was good and we were checked in in often. No issues there.

The food was good. We been to a few Korean places and this one beats them hands down. All the plates came out hot and was well seasoned.

Overall a good Korean place.

Pretty fire Korean spot that just opened up! I got the short rib and pork bibimbap and it was super good. The food came out immediately and was steaming hot. We had a woman (didn’t catch her name) who served us and she was very sweet and made us feel at home. Servers kept coming to check on us to see if we needed anything else.

Love supporting local businesses in the area, definitely come check it out!

Well here we go again team eatwhateverwhenever. Was on the hunt for something like, you know food for luch. Happened to see this little spot while coasting by. Flipped a U and ran inside. Was greeted & seated promptly. The waitress was very kind. Even gave me the intel on the wings. Which was very insightful. Everything from.food to sides were on point. The tofu kimchie soup was so flavorful. The chicken wings were delicious. I truly enjoyed my meal. They didn’t sit me and foget me. They actually tapped in with me to check how I was doing, and if I was enjoying my meal. Things like that are greaty appreciated. The only thing I would change is my seating location. Breezy day so when the door was opened my napkins would catch flight and I was hit with a chilly breeze. Other than that my food was a hard 5/5 service 5/5

I was looking for somewhere close by to get Galbi Jjim and found it here, and really enjoyed the dish and banchan we got as well. The dish is huge, and has a nice depth of complexity in the sauce, which soaks into all of its accompaniments. I especially loved the carrots, which had completely absorbed the sweetness and richness of the broth. The short ribs were great as well! There were six huge meat chunks, bones and all, to go at. The meat was not the tenderest Galbi Jjim I have had but no matter, a pair of scissors had it cut down to easily manageable bites which I then had between the delicious and varied banchan. Also loved the seafood pancake here, nice and crispy to the edges and soft and fluffy at the center.

The service was great and it was quieter on a Saturday night, which I love since I can just relax and eat. What stood out to me as well is that the restaurant is everything I recall about some fun trips to Korea- its staff, KPop ads, Korean news running on the TV… all said, very authentic food and atmosphere with great service. Thank you!

Wish I could give 10 stars for service. Awesome food, great portions. We rode down from Oakland on our bikes and the entire staff kept checking on our bikes while we were eating to make sure they were safe and sound.

I’ve visited this Korean restaurant several times and usually have a great experience, but this last visit was really disappointing. My partner and I ordered one bulgogi dish and an extra rice. We knew the extra rice would be an additional charge, but when it came to the banchan, the server told us we wouldn’t get any refills (no kimchi, no radish) since we only ordered one main dish. This has never been the case in our past visits.

On top of that, the server didn’t check on us at all and never asked if we needed anything else besides what we originally ordered. It honestly felt like we were being ignored just because we didn’t order more food, which created a really uncomfortable and hostile environment. Overall, the service was poor, and I will not be coming back to this place

Been to this spot for a few years and loved the old owners and menu however I can say that this spot has elevated everything they did well before and made it their own. Portions are great, service is friendly and efficient. The seating is spacious and comfy. My favorite Korean spot in the area by far!!

Went with a big group and had a great time. Owners are very attentive and tried very hard to make us order in orders so we wouldn’t get stuck waiting behind others as a bigger group. We tried the rappokki, kimchi fried rice, seafood pancake, galbijjim, budaejjigae, LA kalbi, dolsot bibimbap and bossam for a group of 11 – they were all tasty and we had leftovers. For such a homey place the banchan was a little minimalist, but we will definitely be back and facing tough decisions on how to order for 2.
