Boneless chicken was overcooked and so hard and crunchy to eat, undersauced, the fries were soggy at the restaurant when checking our order was correct (got the ready text at 6:57, food was brought out a short time later, less than 5 minutes), and the only thing that was actually good was the hand pie. This is standard service on a Monday when they weren’t really busy.

Just ordered from here for the first time, 99.9% sure it will be the last. Order was wrong, food was cold and bland, fries are like chewing on cold rubber bands, just all out bad. I was excited to try this place and it was a huge let down. Spent 50$ on food that’s barely edible.

Man this was the absolute worst food I have ever wanted my money on. Way to trick ppl chili’s! You should advertise that you sell cold flavorless wings now and see how many people show up. I know I’m just 1 person, but if I could make a big enough negative impact on you I would do my best to do it. Not everyone has that kind of money to waste. Came here to get wings.. it’s inside the Chilis.. ok, that’s fine.. we saw the sign that said kick back and we’ll be right with you.. waited about 20 minutes and a girl came to give a to go to a car next to us.. let her know we hadn’t been helped and she said huh? I said we wanted to order wings and she asked if we had a link? I said no.. asked her a few more questions on ordering wings and she was completely incompetent on anything we asked!!! Went inside to place the order and we asked for a menu she handed us a chili’s menu.. I said we want wings then she went and got a manager who said we had to download an app and place the order.. we decided to just go to Zaxby’s.. entire staff incompetent and not helpful!!
