Sunday for lunch and place was empty. Staff was friendly and courteous! They do a lot of live bands it appears during the week at night so might have to check it out. We were there for some food- so started out with the nachos with chicken and cheese curds both were excellent with the nachos having a different sauce that I haven’t had before which really was quite good.
Ordered a BLT which is in a pita and has fried green tomatoes which agin never had before! Then also bacon wrapped pork poppers- basically on a stick- with a nice BB Sauce
The fries are fresh and thin cut- excellent
The Mac and cheese is white cheddar and again- excellent
Also had a breakfast bowl- was the special for 9.99 good stuff, nice portion
The only reason for not giving the food a 5 is the price. Yeah hate to say it but it’s the norm now pretty high apps should be half price but I get it
Overall a nice place with a couple tvs and some music and lots of alcohol choices if that’s your thing. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible

I will start with the positive, I was able to try a bloody mary and the mix was good. For the negative- service was absolutely terrible on a Saturday afternoon. We waited 15 minutes after I got my drink, I finished it, and the waitress was still hadn’t come to take our order and had two other tables that had been there before us that were also waiting to order. I went to the bar, paid for my bloody mary, and we left. Another thing, the music is so loud. This guy that I can only assume works there was just sitting at the bar, didn’t help the waitress (who was obviously scattered) with anything, cranked the music up louder It was a bad experience all around.

Honestly we came over the summer and loved the food. Have been waiting for an opportunity to come back and this afternoon had some downtime. Clay was so friendly and hospitable. He made us feel so welcome. We will absolutely come back. Love that we have this place locally. No one knows bourbon here like he does.

The food was amazing. Not sure what to order, Maria, the bartender, was quick to suggest some of the favorites that are ordered often by other patrons as well as some of her favorites. I decided on the Ruckus Chicken BLT. It was beyond amazing. The flatbread was perfecting cooked and the fried green tomatoes was the perfect addition to the always delicious BLT. I was surprised by the the fries as they were not what fries typically look like. They looked as if they had been flattened before being perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of seasoning. It was a great experience and we plan to return.

This place rocks! Food and service were amazing! Love the setup of tvs and the stage area, definitely want to make it back for some live music. I don’t think you could miss with anything on their menu, but I highly recommend the Green Chile Queso!!

We stopped in for a beer and to hear one of the bands during the Irish Festival. Service was fast, even with everything going on, and our server was great. They were temporarily out of the whiskey I ordered but she recommended another, which happened to be another of my favorites. This was our first time at the Irish Fest and we were impressed that local businesses were incorporated as part of the festival. I’m sure we will be back to Bootlegger’s. Thanks for a great experience.

Horrible experience. Waited 45 minutes for food. The waitress only returned once in that time for refills. We were then served cold, rubbery food. We could not wait an additional 45 minutes for food to be remade due to other plans. Even hungry teenage boys wouldn’t finish the food. We were given a 25% discount but since at least 50% of each meal was left uneaten, this didn’t compensate for the terrible quality food. Will never return.

We got the shotgun shells and fried green tomatoes for apps and they were both GREAT. I had the hen dinner (fried chicken) entree and it was absolutely stellar. The server brought out three sauces, including their peach bourbon and bbq ranch – both were fantastic. My husband had the pulled pork which I managed to snag a bite of… Also great!!

Hubby and I went on a date and decided to give Bootlegger’s a try after seeing some good reviews. Atmosphere and service were fantastic. Smashburger was good, the seashore fries were amazing but the fish and chips were a bit too seasoned. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back!

Went here for dinner with my best friend and her 5-year-old. The place was very busy, but we took the last available table. Service was wonderful. The server was attentive, even though we were tucked in a corner, and he was very personable. He seemed like he really enjoyed his job! The food was fantastic with good portion sizes. All three of us enjoyed our meal. They were also having $3 well vodkas, so we had a couple of those and they were good. There was a duo performing which made for nice background noise. From where we were sitting (in the nook opposite the stage area), the music wasn’t too loud or too quiet. We didn’t stick around too long since we had a kid with us, but it seems like the type of bar I’d enjoy going to on a night out with friends.
