Received the pictured poor quality food and didn’t receive my garlic sauce cup as usual. The owner or manager called me back following my website reported concern. He explained that, in the future, if I call the store, someone will come and pick up the pizza and replace it. However, this doesn’t address the wasted time or tip so I would have preferred the refund I asked for instead. Also, how can I trust that the second pizza will be a better quality? I don’t find wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that might be better as an acceptable answer.
As such, I just won’t waste any more money there. I appreciate that I was contacted but I’m thoroughly disappointed at the lack of resolution.

One of the best Marcos in the city. I havent ever had a problem at this one. They are very fair with sauce and toppings. Usually have my order out within 20 mins. One of the only marcos that still gives plates and napkins if you ask. I hate that prices keep going up, and where is the STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!

Poor execution on delivery of a simple pizza order. The online experience is poor and called to confirm the order. Went to pick up the order and didn’t make a cheese made me wait while my bread and pepperoni sat and cooled. Finally received my order 1 hot cheese and cold bread and pepperoni. No credit for the order. Hum should have remade the entire order. Guess I’m doing Papa’s next time.

The said I like to make it like I eat it. Hey thats not exact words. Lol. The pizza was hot and fresh. So it was cut right and everything. He must work a lot. I hadn’t been to this one in a while. He had same personality that he had last time. He was very friendly.

Order my pizza for it to be delivered during lunch, received the pizza almost burnt. Called a the manager said if I don’t want it dark, I have to say lightly cooked. I have had Marcos in 3 different states, and never have heard of this. But he finally says he would remake it and send another, when the delivery driver arrives she asks for the 1st pizza back. Luckily I didn’t put in the dumpster like I started to, I was completely shocked

I cannot believe that on a Wednesday in the middle of February this place won’t deliver a pizza because “the roads are super bad”. When I delivered pizzas, we did it rain, shine, ice, and snow. Guess customer service isn’t worth a penny anymore, which is a shame because their food is usually some of the best.

We order delivery every now and then from here because it’s close by. Usually they deliver the food before the estimated time so we haven’t had too many issues. Tonight, they were almost 30 min later than the estimated time (so almost an hour since order was placed) so the food was barely warm and they forgot the sauce cup they charge almost a dollar for that I paid for. Almost every time we order and get an additional sauce, they forget it. I can understand being busy or understaffed or whatever the situation but when nothing is said and things are forgotten, it’s hard to want to come back here for food.

I know it’s fast food but I walked in everyone was nice but I watched a man talk on the phone and then go back to making pizza with no gloves and without washing his hands. No one had gloves on and who knows the last time they actually washed their hands. Obviously it’s normal because when I told the manager she said don’t worry he didn’t make your food I did. I wouldn’t recommend you could be eating pizza somebody made after scratching their but.
