I stopped into this Qdoba for a quick meal and was pleasantly impressed. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff moved the line efficiently while still being friendly and attentive.
The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and everything was prepared exactly as ordered. The protein was well seasoned, toppings were stocked, and the food was hot and flavorful — exactly what you expect from a quality fast-casual experience.

I went to QDOBA Mexican Eats tonight 2/25 around 6:10 pm, northland drive. Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. My bowl was was made by a younger women and it was okay overall, but the amount of meat I got was honestly really really small. It looked like about 1/4 of a scoop compared to what I usually get.
I get that everyone has to watch portions, but the person who put the meat on definitely didn’t give a full serving. Since that’s the main part of the bowl (and what costs the most), it made the whole thing feel not worth it. I did end up paying about 12 dollars for the bowl which made me leave very very disappointed.

Terrance is such a kind man and so accommodating to customers. We were very pleased with his customer service. This guy needs a raise! This is by far the best Qdoba in the Grand Rapids area for customer service and cleanliness of the dinning area. Great job, guys!

We have been going to Qdoba for years, but never again. There was barely any rice or beans in the bowls. I understand skimping on meat, but beans and rice are cheap, and for the price they charge, the bowl should be full.

We had a great experience today! Everyone one was super friendly! The staff was great at pushing orders thru! So glad to have them help our school thru the fundraiser!

Great service but when u order online they stiff you on portions. I have worked her before and am disappointed everytime I order online I get small small serving sizes. I’m not paying 15$ for one bowl with in proper portions. Do better in the future.

Just order a ‘mini bowl’ instead of the ‘creat a bowl’. It’s all the same amount. Received my creat a bowl, the regular size and it had the same amount as my mom with the mini bow. So GlAd I pAiD $10 MORE.
