When I drove through Tomball earlier this week I didn’t expect to see a food truck food court. I knew I had to stop in and check it out. Not only was the owner friendly and informative, but he gave us recommendations on what was good. (Plot twist, it was ALL good.) The Boudin Balls are deep fried, with crunchy outer shell and a soft meat, rice, cheese, and spices interior. Dipped into the sauce that comes with all the flavors and textures meld into delicious melt-in-your-mouth perfection. We also had the Creamy Shrimp Queso Meltz (a quesadilla) and y’all I almost moaned at how good it was. RICH and CREAMY with the mild flavor to offset the Shrimp, I was so happy. A real food experience was had and I WILL be back to try more.

After hurricane Beryl hit Tomball on Monday we were left with no power. We drove around looking for somewhere to eat that was not fast food with lines down the street. We stopped in at 403 eats to find mega meltz open and whipping it up in the kitchen. The gentleman who took our order jumped in and helped while the only worker cooked and cooked. He probably fed 75 hungry people while we were there. Awesome place for staying open to feed the people of Tomball when I’m sure he would have much rather been home with his family.
Thank you for providing amazing food and being an amazing part of the Tomball community.

Super nice guy but I am guessing cost and stuff may have affected the quality of the food if he has all these good reviews. We spent 60 dollars on chicken strips, tacos and noodles. We threw most of it away and it turned my stomach. The food did not match the pictures. Sorry but never again.

The owner was super friendly and chatted with us a bunch. We had the Boudin balls and the creamy shrimp quesadilla, both were extremely tasty. The sauce on the quesadillas was something to write home about, it had so much flavor and I loved it. The Boudin balls ooze cheese and Cajun flavoring, they were highly recommended by the owner and are now highly recommended by me.

Ordered what on their sign was obviously supposed to be hand battered onion rings. Got some frozen food vaguely resembling an onion ring.
Gave the man working the truck every opportunity to make it right. Asked him if there were 2 different onion rings. And if I just got the wrong ones. Response “nope”
I told him that they looked nothing like his advertisement and he said. “ yep”
Just wish I could post the picture of the sign vs. what I got.
Will be back soon o 403 eats but will avoid this place.

In love with Mega Meltz! The owner really takes care of his customers and you feel the love he has for taking care of people. The birria mac&cheese and the bread pudding cheesecake are my favorites.

Owner is rude and offensive. Food takes overly long and when questioned about it politely owner went off telling customers they don’t have to eat here and began throwing French fries. Would not recommend spending your money here.
