My first visit at this location, I placed my order to go and sat outside in my car to wait for my pizzas to cook. I was unpleasantly surprised to see the cook using his bare hands to put toppings on other customers’ pizzas not realizing that he may have prepared mine the same way. This is completely unsanitary and against food practices to prepare and serve the publics food without gloves. The customer service was welcoming and pleasant, but the fact that none of the kitchen personnel handling food were wearing proper gloves is unexceptable. They’re hand tossed crust is dry and flat too.

Guys, I love everything you do — your pizza, your vibe, everything! But could my son please wash his hands in the restroom? We usually come straight from fishing, and, well, his hands smell like fish. Sometimes you let him do it (on Saturdays), but on Sundays you say no. I ordered a free pizza and bought some bread. Worst bread I’ve ever bitten into. You could literally hear the oily crunch from down a hall. The bread was dry to the core literally. The manager at this location showed clear discriminatory behavior. I waited at the register for more than three minutes while he looked directly at me and chose not to assist me. However, as soon as two white customers walked in, he immediately approached them and offered help, serving them before me, even though I had been waiting.
When I asked why I was being ignored, he told me my order “was not ready,” despite the fact that I could clearly see my order sitting right in front of me. This experience was unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and treated unfairly. I would not recommend coming here if you expect to be treated equally and with basic courtesy.

I’m not sure why all of the reviews are terrible for this location but I just had to leave a positive review for once. This location is the only one we will go to The pizza is always fresh (if it’s not, then you’re picking up your pizza too late or the delivery driver is busy dropping off others & running behind and you should have picked it up to begin with) My boyfriend and I order at least once a week if not more and our food is always hot and delicious. The app is extremely accurate as well and we love the convenience. The staff are kind and keep us coming back. Shoutout to dominos for several great date nights.

11/01/2025 – I placed my order online and went to the store to pick it up. It seems my encounter with the staff was not welcoming; everything about my being there was a problem. I was challenged with every word I said, including I am here for pickup. Either they are overworked or just don’t give a dam! The food was one of the worst.

Terrible customer service! Online order placed for Vegetarian pizza and pasta, but the store sent the wrong order with meat on the pizza and pasta! When we called the store, the person said they did not add any meat and that we can reorder the pizza! This is an absurd demand when they clearly made the mistake!! I was definitely wary of the other reviews prior to ordering but decided to give them a shot because of Domino’s 5.99 medium pizzas deal. I ordered carry out on Saturday evening (9-10pm): one pan pizza, one thin crust, and one original hand-tossed. I arrived roughly 20 minutes after placing my order online, and was pleasantly surprised (given other reviews) to have gotten immediate service, with an employee who I presume is the manager yelling “customer!” as I walked through the door. My pizzas were warm and delicious, with my double topping thin crust being fully covered with pepperoni. I will definitely be ordering from this store again! The only reasons they did not receive the coveted five-star rating is that they did not have Parmesan cheese packs at the store (they do have red pepper) and the fact that I was charged an extra $1 for having philly steak as a topping on one of my pizzas.
