It’s been a while since I’ve had KFC, forgot how very small the chicken pieces are,I mean really small! For a 8 piece family bucket meal,at about 30 dollars, I really feel cheated! Love the original recipe flavor and the coleslaw slaw but the chicken pieces were way to small! Not worth the money in my opinion! Probably be a good while before I return to any KFC!

I ordered a chicken sandwich through the app, and was very disappointed when I got home (5 min drive) that it was not hot but not cold. The chicken was a bit dry so the chicken might have sat under a heat lamp. I would not order that again but would return to try something else. Restaurant seemed very clean and staff was attentive.

whoever is working on the evening of 08/27 needs to be fired and the manager also.
1. took an hour to get my food delivered
2. they left out half the order
3. my kids don’t have enough so now i have to take them out to get food.
4. the order was wrong, never ordered breasts and they sent breasta.
5. no one is answering the phone. i’ve tried 8 times.
6. Corporate customer service was good but couldn’t refund partial or all delivery fee and other things…

I ordered two of the deals online. When I arrived at the drive through they told me I only had two drinks. Which was incorrect because I should have a total of 4 drinks since I ordered two of the MEALS FOR TWO. I had the receipt showing how much I paid. And it was almost as if I was lying. I come to you all’s particular location almost twice a week since my sons have sports and it’s hard to cook during the week. We went back and forth for about 5-7 minutes before they realized where they were wrong. The guy at the register even told me that they don’t honor the deals that show online. Which is totally untrue because I had just purchased a $10 Tuesday special on Tuesday. I am very upset with how I was treated. And it’s so unfortunate that one of your most loyal customers had to endure this kind of behavior.

We hadn’t ordered from KFC in many, many years because we much prefer Popeyes BUT we were curious about the KFC sandwich. Okay, it may not be a Popeyes chicken sandwich but It. Was. GOOD. We have since ordered several times in the past month or so. Their tenders with mashed potatoes are great. They can keep their bone I chicken though. It is wack. Special kudos to the location in Old Pearland for safety sealing the drinks & providing wet wipes!

They don’t list prices of a la carte items on the menu so didn’t realize I was paying $6.29 for 3 skimpy chicken tenders and nothing else. Tried to submit feedback on their website, which was impossible. On mobile, could not select a city or restaurant (drop down menu listed no options in the state of Texas). Desktop page had 404 error lol did not even exist. KFC should’ve died off by now, kinda crazy.

Have always preferred KFC over the other chicken places….until today. Ordered a 4 piece meal, came home to enjoy my lunch. Opened the box and to my dismay, the chicken was dark, unlike its usual caramel color. The chicken coating was not only dark, but tasted bitter, like old oil or cooking too long. The meat was tough and dry. So disappointing!! Called 5 times, no answer. I didn’t feel like driving all the way back, so the dogs had a nice meal. I have never had such a ordeal with KFC. SADLY DISGUSTED!

I bragged about KFC Chicken to my Fiancee & Order 8 pc bucket extra crispy with Mac n cheese mashed Potatoes for her to try. But I got extra Soggy, mushy chicken 8 piece & coleslaw instead of The Mac n Cheese I order. Yall let me down. Who cares though right?
