Normally I have good experience ordering from the New Boston Pizza Hut. But this time it wasn’t all that great. I received the worst pizza I ever got from here. I decided to try the new Detroit pizza. It looked very delicious from the previews. I order the meat lovers one on the online page and requested to add onions and diced tomatoes to it. I was charged for both, but never received my tomatoes on it and it had very little onion on it. Wasn’t happy to be charged for something I never received. But that’s not the worst part. They never added the pizza sauce that’s suppose to come with it. I ate two slices, but it was very dry and bland without sauce. The only sauce I had was that tiny little cup they give you for breadsticks. Which by the way, isn’t enough sauce for five breadsticks. I’m not a happy customer. If I lived close by I would have sent it back and request for a new pizza or my money back. But I’m not driving 20 minutes away again for another pizza. So instead I decided to leave a review. Which is something I normally don’t do.

The staff was very nice. Danielle was very kind and energetic when we walked in. She was very attentive to listening to my allergies and made sure she was very cautious. They only reason i put 4 stats on the atmosphere is because there wasn’t anyone in there. They could do more to get more people in there.

I’d rather have a slice of Hunt Brothers pizza over this cardboard, no taste, no cheese, mediocre pizza
$35 for two pizzas that were a huge disappointment. To think we actually drove 10 miles into town for this!
I should have eaten a sandwich or can soup for supper.

Not sure why you cannot leave a review with no stars. This place does not deserve even 1 star. I placed an ordered for delivery. No one asked me how I would be paying. She hung up after taking the order. The order arrived and because I did not have cash to pay for it they took the pizza back. It was not my fault the employee did not ask for payment information when I ordered. If I can place an order on over the phone and pay for it why can they not run my credit card over the phone when the driver called in. I in no way blame this driver. He I did not take my order and is not the one that chose to take the order back. This is MAJOR poor management. Doo better Pizza Hut. I will never again eat at any Pizza Hut after this.

When you walk in the first thing you notice is your shoes sticking to the carpet The longer we looked around the worse it got but it was Sunday night and few places were open so we decided to stay. Ordered the Super Supreme Stuffed-crust and the Sweet Chili Boneless Wings. The wait time was average and when the food came we were honestly shocked at how good it was. They didn’t skimp on the toppings or the cheese crust or the wing sauce. Pizza wasn’t overcooked and the chicken wasn’t undercooked. We were so impressed we ordered a pan cookie and it was just as good as everything else. Overall not a bad experience besides the flickering power adding to the slightly murdery atmosphere

Pizza good, not hot! Arrived 2 minutes before pizza was done according to the app. Nobody behind me told to wait at drive thru window. App say pizza is now done. Looking in the window to bring to me. 18 minutes go by before I got. Now it’s important to tell you that I counted 4 employees all on cellphones with only 1 family inside eating. Been years since I’ve been there. Thought I’d give them another chance. After I heard theyade improvements for cleanly nest. Disappointed with the service.pizza was good even though cold when I got home only 4 miles away.
