Best subs in town! . I’m here every week for the subs. They have great lunch deals pizza, sub and soda for 7.99. So you can mix and match. Everything is excellent I recently tried the pizzas for my grandkids and it was great..they loved it. I recommend the club sub or pizza with 3 toppings which is a new one for me and it didn’t disappoint. . I love this place and customer service is always excellent..love the energy. Also Great Deals for 6.99 pairs from pizzas to subs to more. I got my family and friends hooked . This place is my top 5 I absolutely recommend it. Great food great customer service.

Oh man, this hungry howies is definitely to be avoided. I have visited other locations over the years, this location is BY FAR the worst that I have visited. I received two hilariously underdone pizzas that hit the garbage about as soon as they arrived.
Not to mention, the Howie bread we ordered. The Howie bread was actually decently cooked but looked more like Pizza The Hut than anything worth eating. I did ask for extra parmesan, but… I’d still like to see the bread.

Prefer to drive to the 44th st and Burlingame than order delivery from this location. Twice I ordered in the past few months one for delivery and again for carryout and both times pizzas were made messy with uneven toppings. Dough quality seemed really bad when compared to other hungry Howie locations

After waiting for 35 minutes inside the store, I find out the pizzas were burnt. Horrible. Avoid this location. And no, “Howard”, I won’t give your trashy restaurant another chance. Why would I? I have no reason to want burnt, cold pizza… Which is all your location is able to provide.

The bottom of both of our pizzas was burnt black. The stuffed cheesy bread was crispy and had hardly any cheese. The staff at the counter forgot about my stuffed cheesy bread, acted like I was lying when I asked for the bread, fumbled around with the tickets on the counter and finally went to get the bread when I held up the ticket attached to my pizza box. Got to the car and realized they gave me a pizza sauce cup rather than the garlic butter cup I ordered. Went back in, gave them the pizza sauce cup back and the man at the counter said “oh you don’t want pizza sauce?” No, I want the garlic butter cup I ordered and paid for, thanks. Got home, opened the garlic butter cup and realized the oil was separated and the rest was chunky. It had a strange taste, we threw it away.
Pretty disappointed with this Hungry Howie’s and feel like I might as well have threw $30 in the trash.

I called the guy said they wouldn’t remake it and there was nothing he could do… except me drive there and they put butter and parm on it.. that’s not doing anything but making it turn into dough. It should have been baked with it on so it gets golden crust.. he was very rude …

I made a mobile order, everytime I do I know they never have the option to change sauces even though they offer different sauces on pizza. Tonight I made an online order and after pressing the order button I called in the same minute. For context I’ve done this dozens of times. An employee answers immediately and for the first time ever informs me the pizza is done (impossible). Even if it had been started I’ve never had an issue with this in the past. Either they should make the exception or offer the changes in sauce on the app. Place isn’t worthy of being the go to spot in Kentwood any longer. The staff has gone down hill.
