I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered but I listened to my coworker who was overly excited. This food was HORRIBLE! This is NOT hibachi! I ordered the House Hibachi (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp). Baby I opened that plate and was INSTANTLY pissed off. This is the same chicken and beef used for philly cheese and the shrimp was shrimp. The seasoning was nasty, the egg rolls were overly greasy, and the veggies were a COMPLETE joke. To say I was mad was an understatement. They need Chef Gordon Ramsey to revamp a miracle because this restaurant is 10/10 BAD!

Ordered steak and shrimp hibachi meal $16.99 no drink included., Cool but when I ask for a yum yum sauce for a HIBACHI meal and you tell me it’s 0.50 extra with a straight face. It’s an automatic no for me. rice was mushy & gummy mix veggies very overcooked, there used shredded cabbage so you know cabbage is mushy once over cooked. I normally go to the lake city wing and hibachi restaurant were I get a drink and yum yum sauce with my meal just wanted to try them since I had to visit Publix tonight after work . I see why the review score is so low. Hope you all close soon. You don’t have common business sense

The good reviews for this place are CAP or people dont know good food. They don’t make good food here. Everything we ordered was all the way around nasty and unappealing. It looked bad and tasted bad. I ordered shrimp hibachi and steak hibachi. Meat on both was rubbery as it was cooked and then sat. Fried rice was plain and unseasoned. The veggies were soggy and unseasoned and sitting in the water/sauce. Even the eggrolls had a freezer taste and odd textures.

Before to my knowledge, this used to be a Chinese restaurant before a “hibachi express” don’t know if it was the same owners, and they decided to switch up their name, but either way, both foods were not good. I ordered the burger, and it was not good at all. The bread was old and bigger than the actual burger. And the fries were fried in old oil or refried. Otherwise way, they weren’t good whatsoever.

Visited this hibachi spot today and unfortunately, it was really disappointing. The meat looked and tasted so off it didn’t even feel real. I’ve had way better experiences at places like American Wings & Hibachi. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

When I tell you this was my favorite place, before last night 3/23/25, I proceeded to inform the lady of my concerns, n she talk over me and just was rude, she would not let me express my concerns or not listen .. so I said forget it Il let the community know who will listen I said I will just let your review speak. So I’m going to tell you guys what happened. I went in and ordered the House Hibachi like I always do, I order this even at the job and have it door dashed, never has it been like this, you guys my rice was all over the plate, n they had 2 shrimps in my House Hibachi plate and it was soooo sloppy and my friends fish whitting dinner he stated taste like rubber and the fries were like dough.. I understand they closing but you don’t do anyone like that because ur trying to get out the door and close up. That’s $32.00 I spent you know, without hesitation. And u think it going to continue to prosper u cannot do people any kinda way and talk to us any kinda way. I’ma pray for your establishment. Your suppose to have good in your heart always never think your roo high n better than the next. I was one of your loyal customers just always purchased door dash. Now I’m bout to believe y’all may be finding the next best piece of meet n feed us because u can really care less on how much u satisfy you customers
