This is our go to pizza place for good thin crust pizza. Usually they’ve got a deal or coupon to make it a cheaper option too. The pizza is always ready on time and kept warm whilst it waits for my pick up. This is a carry out only location so there are no tables inside though. We’ll keep on coming for pick up on Fridays as long as they keep up the good pizza making.

When I ordered my pizza I was surprised at the price. 30$ for a large pizza. When I got home I was even more disappointed. The pizza was thin and there were hardly any toppings. This was not a 30$ pizza. At the most I’d say 12$. My advice is to order from somewhere else or make your own.

I ordered a large pizza & an order of cheese sticks for carry out, on the app. After several failed deliveries from a different location, we’ve been getting carry out from this location for several months with consistently good pizza.
Yesterday, that was not the case. Sadly, the cheese sticks were the best part of the meal. The pizza crust was barely done. The bottom was very pale & when you picked up the slice out of the box it folded at the stuffed crust line & the toppings nearly slid off. I’m thankful I got light sauce, I don’t believe the crust wouldn’t have handled any more. It was really a disappointing pizza, that we didn’t eat. We had cheese sticks for dinner at the cost of $38.

I had ordered two double breadsticks. Each order of breadsticks comes with one marinara so in each box we got two marinara’s which is correct. I then ordered two extra marinara’s that we didn’t receive. I called them to see what we could do to maybe get our marinara’s or a store credit. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Saying she put the marinara’s in there and that we only get two and I explained that I had ordered two extra and then she said “well do you wanna come get them” and I said no because I didn’t wanna drive back out there and before I could say something about a store credit she goes “well I don’t know what you want me to do” and I said about a store credit and she said okay 5 dollars on there and then hung up on me. I was a manager at a Pizza Hut for 4 years and never would’ve treated a customer this way. Crazy
Update: my husband ended up calling back and talking with the manager who I think originally cashed me out and got the situation resolved. I forgot to say in my original post that the First Lady never took my name or phone number so i don’t know how we were getting a refund but the manager was so nice on the phone. She took our name and number and said she would look into who we might’ve talked to ( i couldn’t get the First Lady’s name) the manager was amazing. Thank you

Ordered off the app and called the store at exactly 9:52 and a team member picked up and I explained to him that my wings were wrong and I was missing a pizza he said what’s wrong with your wings i explained they were all supposed to be bone in he said one is boneless looked at receipt I made a mistake cool he said what else I said im missing a pizza he said “ you’re literally a liar i watched the cook that’s here cut the pizza and we explained we didn’t know it was the delivery driver or him but to call me a complete liar when im MISSING A PIZZA is unacceptable, disrespectful and childish! then had the nerve to hang up without saying anything!

We always order from here when we get Pizza. Been coming here for years. They have great deals and lots of choices so everyone in the family can get something they like. You can order for pick up or delivery. There is no dining area for dine-in.

Pizza was 30 minutes late from what was quoted, food was cold & the quality of the food was not good at all!! I called to talk to a manager & waited on hold for over 11 minutes no one answered. I call back and got hung up on by their manager after blaming door dash WOW. As a business person myself I called to express my displeasure with the service so this would not happen to someone else, I did not call to get a discount maybe just to help out another business understand the bad service i received. I will never order pizza from Pizza Hut again.

Delivery order arrived 30 mins later than the time shown when the order was placed. The pizza delivered was basically cold. When I called, the representative was outright rude. We will never use this location again.

the tall guy with curly hair who took my order was very rude and had a lot of attitude. talked to us like we were stupid. as well as everyone who walked in while we were waiting. then he missed one of the pizzas we ordered and then when we ordered it again he proceeded to talk crap about us in the back of the store shaking his head. completely inappropriate behavior not cool
