This location used to be my favorite! Going about 4x a week, I have had issues before, but everyone is human and it’s okay. I never complain, but after my visit yesterday, 01/11/26 at 3:33PM, I won’t be back. The guy at the window was flat out rude. I asked for ONE extra zax sauce with my big zax snack and his response was “can’t modify your order at the window.” Now I can see if I asked to add an extra meal, or change the whole thing, but one.. singular.. sauce? I informed him that I really wanted it and paying for it wasn’t an issue, and he proceeded to tell me “you have one sauce in the bag. That should be enough for you.”

I almost never leave reviews. I had a hour drive home and was eating while driving. I asked for no tomato because I was allergic. And the sandwich im pretty sure only comes with pickles and the sauce anyways. They asked me if I was okay with the sauce and pickles I said yes. I got my food and it was a dry plain chicken sandwich. I could barley eat it. I myself work in the food industry and it was not busy no reason the food should havd been wrong.

Me and my husband stopped here for dinner on the way home tonight and my husband ordered both of our food and forgot to get a milkshake. (Some places allow) so he asked when we got to the window if we could add it. A employee by the name of Johnathan very dramatically threw himself forward and said (ughhh). Then proceeded to tell the other male employee walking by him “guess what ..name.. you have to make a milkshake and he also seemed very annoyed. If you didn’t want to do it then just say no, or if it is allowed and you don’t wanna do your job, don’t work there. Terrible customer service. I never complain and am always understanding as I worked in fast food before, but I feel like this was absolutely uncalled for. Do what you want, not in front of customers though. VERY unprofessional. Also, my boneless wings have almost no sausage on them

This has been the absolute worst Zaxbys by far, they always are slow, they can not get an order right, they throw the plates together sloppily time and time again. Wouldn’t recommend pulling out of the drive through without checking and making sure your meal is 100 correct. Absolute joke of staff

I just got back to my hotel from and as soon as I opened my box, I found a literal trident gum wrapper. I threw it in the bag and decided to look through my food, and had to throw out a good bit of the fries as well because they were soggy and looked old.

Placed my order and 5 people behind me got there food while mine sat on the counter behind the cashier for over 20 minutes, did not have any sauce in any of the 3 items I ordered. My food was cold, and let’s be honest, not too appealing to the eye for how much I paid for this. I’ve been eating here my entire life and lately it seems that this establishment has went down hill. I will not be returning to this location ever due to this being one of many bad dealings I’ve had. I asked for double fries and as you see I didn’t even get a single order, the nibbles look like someone threw them in the box, chicken fingers torn to pieces. This is just unacceptable and is not right. I advise others to steer clear of this location

Whoever works at the window needs to have a better attitude. Be courteous. If you don’t want to be there or having a bad day go clean up inside. So you don’t have to deal with the customers. Why be somewhere where you’re not happy. ♀️
