I am not a DD person AND I’m not familiar with the menu. Today I stopped by to get a drink, some banana iced drink. I asked if it has sugar and I was told that the foam doesn’t have sugar. The Indian looking guy told me that wich I doubted highly there was not any sugar so I checked and here….banana cold foam and related specialty drinks at Dunkin’ Donuts as part of the new Spring 2026 menu contain calories. The foam is part of indulgent, high-calorie drinks like the Banana Puddin’ Cloud Latte or Monkey Business Cloud Latte, which include whole milk, sugar-based syrups, and sweet cold foam, providing significant calories and fat.

Say you go to get a small black coffee, the manager included and the staff, are talking, taking their time to serve and output order. If you have 2 people in front of you when you walk in, prepare yourself for 13 minutes until you get your coffee, the manager is the worst example, she doesn’t care, and does not even care to serve people
like we deserve to be served, she even gives you a dirty look if you ask for service and starts running her mouth.

The most friendly, lovely and kind team! The manager is absolutely incredible and lovely. We are from Canada and love Dunkin donuts – this is by far the very best one I have ever been to! We have several closer to us but will make the extra drive to support this location and manager.

Just was down the street at another dunkin. Had such a bad experience that we were afraid to ask for them to fix the drink. Stopped at this location on the way home, they re made the drink and made our day so much better!! Thank you for locations like this!

I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 years since I’ve moved to Margate. The first year, I have had great service and consistent food/beverage quality. This last year has drastically changed. The beverage quality has been horrible. I can never get a consistent iced latte ever since the young male worker has left. Whenever he’s there, I know my drink is gonna be good. I hope he’s still there because whenever I order, I never see him. With all this, I had to order Dunkin Monday morning for breakfast and I was in a rush. I placed my order online for pickup and was about to eat my food. When I opened my food, the English muffin had MOLD. I was disgusted and immediately called Customer Service. They were appalled about this and told me that the location will be contacting me. I haven’t gotten a call or email. Y’all can’t be so careless to sell this to your customers! Check your food! Never ordering from here ever again.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Food is fair but service is off. The heavyset brown skin woman with locs behind the counter is always EXTREMELY rude. She never seems like she wants to be there. She throws bags of food and drinks down without saying anything. I have to guess if it’s my food or not. She rolls her eyes anytime I ask for anything (like ketchup for my hashbrowns???) I understand people have bad days but she’s the same every single time. Rest of the employees are always so sweet and patient. But all it takes is one person to make you not wanna come back.

Been going to this Dunkin for almost 9 years and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and feels just like family there. Definitely one of my favorite local coffee shops .

Very nice and newly renovated. Staff were friendly, food was done fast but a little too fast, my hash browns were undercooked and mushy, zero crunch. I was impressed by the speed but soon found out that waiting for your meal is worth it to be cooked right. I wasn’t in a hurry nor gave the impression I was, it wasn’t busy at all so
