I ordered 2 nacho grande boxes and after I recieved both 1 was in a smaller box and they said they ran out of the bigger one but it was the same thing. When I got home and checked 1 box had half the amount of food as the other even though they were supposed to be the same thing.

so incredibly rude. asked us 3 times in a matter of a MINUTE what we wanted to eat. when we asked politely to please give us a moment to look they practically told us we needed to order immediately and got a nasty additude. we ended up just driving off for fear of spitting in our food. we wont back to this location.

Look like a brand new location for Taco Bell. Just like every other location, good food, the service is good and the food escapes your body just as quickly as you can consume it. I know what Taco Bell does to my body but it doesn’t stop me from eating it. I love Taco Bell. The employees here are nice but they can be a little slow. The food is hot and good. That’s all we need.

Night shift sucks. I ordered a grilled cheese CHICKEN burrito but noo I got a steak burrito! And the cheese was not melted, no sour cream, BUNCH of tortilla chips, very little rice. It wasn’t even wrapped up good, as soon as I picked it up a bunch of the food fell out. So if anyone sees this DONT order at this Taco Bell at night (not sure how good it is In the daytime but yk) employees are lazy. (Yes I did eat some of it because I’m fat)

Stopped by this taco bell location the other day cause the taco bell down the street was closed for renovation. I was surprised that I was the only one there during lunch time cause the taco bell I usually go to would be busy. This being my first time at this location I ordered a few crunchy tacos, a Mexican pizza, and an enchirito. Not gonna lie the taco shells from my crunchy tacos did taste old & stale and the enchirito was alright but the Mexican pizza was phenomenal. By far one of the best if not the best Mexican pizza order I’ve eaten from a taco bell in Louisville. Just the Mexican pizza alone is a good enough reason to visit again but as for the other food items it’s just as good as any other taco bell location in the city.

His name is Patrick. He is very polite, kind and respectful and he needs a raise. He is a wonderful young man. He was my angel tonight. I have been going through so much in my life and had not been out of the house in so long due to some depression, and he was so nice to me. The food was great. He did a very good thing for me and he was very nice. He merged. He made sure everything was made like I asked and I just want to say good young man is his mother must be very proud of him
