I have visited the Pizza Hut in Belmont NC twice now. Both times they have misplaced my order. Leaving me to wait over an hour to get my pizza. The worst part about it is the MOD would not even come out and speak with me. I wasn’t offered an apology or anything. .If I could’ve given them a half a star I would. They had one young lady running the entire front by herself. No help. The manager say in the back, never bothering to help. The young lady deserves a raise and the MOD( April ) should be fired.

The person I got knew nothing about any specials and could have got a large three topping pizza instead of the medium three topping pizza for three dollars less. When picked up pizza specials were written on board so any person working there should have known that. She was also rude when I asked three times about specials as she sounded foreign and was short and rude.

I find hair in my food. I had already started to eat the pizza and pulled a long hair out my mouth!!!!!! This happen 10-21-21 pizza hut in China grove NC off highway 29! Will not order from here again. Not good customer service. After we called them about the matter, the lady hung up on my wife. We were not disrespectful at all but was treated like we did something wrong!!! Scale 1 to 10. I rate this place a 1

I called the pineville location and placed my order. Said it’d be ready in 15 minutes. Waited in the parking lot backed in. The employee walks out on a smoke break. Whose car happens to be beside mine. She opens her door gets in and leaves it open. No problem right. I still sit in the car another 7-8 minutes on my phone until the 15 minutes is up. I go to get out. She sees me makes eye contact and does not try and close her door being that she has hers wide open. So i have to squeeze out. Again no problem I’m not upset i know people can be inconsiderate for no reason. Proceed to walk in and there’s a man sitting waiting. A lady in front of me picking up. The young man in the back helps her. She gets her order and leaves. The same employee from outside “Jennifer”(name on receipt) comes in from her smoke break. Walks to the back and boxes up the man that was waiting pizza and wings. Then checks him out. Then turns around and sees another order not made then washes her hands after the fact to make it. Then help me. Thankfully my food was already made and boxed in the warmer. She gets my food i pay and ask for. Receipt so I can call corporate and make them aware of this service. (Kindly ask for receipt) she purposely give me the carry out ticket without the information on it. It didn’t even have the survey code so i could do that either. With all the viruses that we are still fighting washing hands is essential. I hope this review gets to the appropriate people so that action can be taken. But I don’t plan on returning.

The pizza hut in sherrills ford is absolutely terrible. We have been told three different times we can be delivered to and then suddenly we can not be delivered to. The manager at this location has even manually put our address in as being approved for delivery, delivering pizzas to our home like normal, then 6 weeks later telling us she can not. They have not been able to handle being open in the short period of time they have existed.

I am very displeased with pizza hut in Charlotte on freedom drive. I placed and order it took over an hour to come. Then when the guy gets here he brought a personal soda instead of the 2 liter, but he was nice about it. He went back to get it and then took over an hour more. I called the pizza hut and she says he has to deliver to two places before bringing my soda back. When I ask to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, Silvia. I ask her for corporates number and she says she doesn’t know it. Who doesn’t know the main office number especially if you are a manager of a store?

I wish there was a way to even Pizza Hut the 1 star because they don’t even deserve that!!! I placed a order wait over a hour for the food then I get a call saying that my food was at the store. I called and spoke with Andrea in customer relations and was told that all she was going to do is cancel the order she never apologized or tried to help. I will never order from Pizza Hut again not personally or any of my business!
