I think the photo speaks for itself.. and this isn’t even what I ordered. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and received a tortilla with basically nothing in it. The receipt says cheese quesadilla, so they had my order wrong, but even so, this is the worst food I’ve ever paid for in my entire life. There’s literally nothing inside of it. The only cheese that came in it was spilling out the side and stuck to the paper. The entire quesadilla was stuck to the paper and had paper chunks all over it. Completely inedible. Not to mention every experience I’ve had here, the workers are not friendly. I have never even wrote a review before for any restaurant, because I’m not ever one to complain. Everyone has bad days or makes mistakes sometimes. I just can’t believe someone would make a quesadilla that bad and then give it to a paying customer. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here, wait times being 15-20 minutes and unfriendly employees but this time was by far the worst. I would’ve turned around and got my money back if I wasn’t already 15 minutes away before I decided to open the box.

Had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café! My order was correct, and my sandwich was hot and fresh. I especially love the Super Green Caesar Wrap and the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie—both were delicious! The dining area and bathroom were clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty and refreshing meal!

Went sept 18 at 7:30 pm and the lady who took my order was extremely kind and patient, our smoothies were made perfect blended well just 10/10 haven’t even opened my food yet but I have high hopes so thanks to whoever was working!

We ordered a smoothie bowl and the smoothie part was completely frozen it took thirty minutes to thaw so it could be mixed and then eaten then after all that hard work it wasn’t even that good.

First time eating here and everything I heard about this place was right. The food was very good. I got the turkey and ranch sandwich and jalapeño corn. Only downside was that I got tomatoes on my sandwich even when I asked for no tomatoes. But no biggie, will definitely be back again!

Not busy during visit. One car in drive through. Only person in dining room. Multiple staff working. Staff completely ignored me and just left me standing at the counter. No greeting, no acknowledgement for extended period of time. Do not recommend this location.

I visit lots of tropical smoothies and the Cadillac location I must say was a very pleasant visit Becca did an amazing job and her customer service was fantastic. She was great my dog really loved the dog treat as well. Happy day
