i usually get pizza here but today they messed up and didn’t pay attention i put a note “half no onion olive” i had to put short cut because there’s limit in character when you do mobile order! they actually willing to correct it for another 20 minutes but i’m not gonna wait my Daughter was in the car, snowing! that’s why i ordered ahead! i know every place has issue with short staffing but if only PAY ATTENTION with the order there will be no problem! besides this is not the first i ordered here i always just click the reorder that’s why it’s so disappointing because my Daughter doesn’t like olive & onion for her pizza that’s why i always make request that only half/half!

Great pizza with a crispy crust and the best sausage pizza in town. Excellent spaghetti and subs, too! Just avoid the brownie. It’s barely a half inch thick, uncooked in the middle and hard as a rock at the edge. Friendly staff, tho.

This had been our pizza and sub to go spot for many years. However within the past year, the quality/quantity of what comes on the Italian Sub has diminished significantly. This was, WAS our go to spot for the Italian Sub. The flavor is still fantastic but the amount of ingredients that go on it has drastically changed to almost non existent. The pizzas are still fantastic but we will not be going here for subs anymore. My husband was told over a month ago that they did cut back on ingredients due to availability/cost. And the person he spoke to asked for us to please come back again. So we decided to order last night. My husband called it in and spoke to Renee when he ordered. He explained what happened with our prior experience and asked for plenty of lettuce, tomatoes and onion. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. We get our subs and are yet again extremely disappointed. Like I stated above this has been our go to for “The Italian Sub” for many years.
A friend of ours called in and spoke to Renee, while she was apologetic she said they weigh their proportions out to corporate standards. If the below standard is their standard then they have lost us as customers.
Please do better!!

Don’t go to this location horrible customer service. Their online system sucks. I ordered a large pepperoni with wings well done, it taste like slop. Wouldn’t refund me. The young girl touched her hair while dealing with food. Wouldn’t assist me for the site era, horrible place! Save your money.

In my opinion, the best pizza in Akron. I get delivery from here any time we have a celebration and the pizza you get is top notch. The pan pizza has a nice, thick crust, with a good crunch on the bottom and a pillowy center; it usually has plenty of sauce and cheese, and they have really good prices for it ($12 for a large pepperoni!). Their garlic cheese bread is a necessary addition, and get a bunch of marinara sauce to dip everything in, I would inject that stuff directly into my veins if I could. The delivery guy is also the best guy ever, I swear he is always a joy to talk to. If you’re ordering pizza in Akron, get it from here, you will not be disappointed!

Walked in to pick up my order and was told my total. Was asked cash or card, I said card, they added $3 to my order. I informed them it was a debit card and they’re not able to assess additional fees (surcharge) when accepting a debit card. The surly woman working there said it doesn’t matter. I left and went down the street to another pizza place. If you’ve been assessed surcharge on your debit card here I would urge you to dispute these charges at your bank, you will get your money back.

Check them out!! Pizza was delectable. I ordered 2Large Pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. We used a coupon that came in mail. Picked it up at Wallhaven located in west Akron. Also My grandpa is 74years old said “Thats what good pizza taste like” and hes a big food critic. Thanks for great dinner and wonderful service always.

Hands down Damon makes the best pizza dough daily.. if u haven’t tryed the taco pizza or the bbq chicken you should.. great staff and drivers. Management is friendly and helpful.
