I had another amazing experience here, like always the food was great, and so was the service! The chef and servers who work there make the experience so welcoming and special and I definitely recommend going here!
I also quite enjoy when they have live music.

We’ve been ordering here for years and lately I’ve been disappointed in the food I get. Last time I got a burger it was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it. I gave it another go tonight and sadly it was way over cooked and dry. One look at it and you could tell it wasn’t palatable so I’m not sure why the kitchen would be ok serving it. Unfortunately I will not be getting burgers here any more and hopefully this review can help to improve them.
Not all food has been bad. We’ve really enjoyed the walleye and prime rib dip as repeat orders.

It truly pains me to write this because this place has so much potential to be amazing. However, don’t let the charming atmosphere fool you—the staff will eventually ruin the experience.
Here’s what happened: We were enjoying a lovely evening until it became obvious that the servers were rushing us out to make room for others waiting. What’s especially frustrating is that we were one of the few groups actually spending money on drinks, rather than just eating and enjoying the “free” music.
The most disappointing moment came when one of the older staff members (later we found out was the owner) removed my wife’s half-full glass of wine from the table while she was in the restroom. When I politely asked for a refill, her response was shockingly rude. Hoping for some clarity, we asked another server if there was an issue, and she admitted she was overwhelmed. For someone in the service industry, this level of unprofessionalism was incredibly disheartening.
Overall, it felt like they had no interest in creating a welcoming environment or encouraging repeat customers. It’s such a shame because this place could easily become a staple in the area. Unfortunately, we’ll have to chalk this up as yet another example of a poorly managed St. Louis restaurant. A truly disappointing experience.

Amazing pub burger and PSG chicken sandwich. Chefs really know how to cook, everything is amazing. Most patrons are local / repeat customers because it’s that good.

This is a great place to eat. My wife and I split the double down burger and the eggroll and crab rangoon appetizer. There was more than enough for both of us. And I washed it down with an apple pie ala mode. We would eat here again!

Small little neighborhood bar and grill in a very residential area off Clayton Rd west of Clarkson. Does not look like a bar and grill from the outside since they are next to a preschool. The food was pretty good but not great. I had a burger that was ok. The place is very small with only about 10 tables inside. It feels cozy but also a bit cramped. They have live music several nights a week which is nice but they automatically put a $5 charge per person on your bill so be prepared for that. The music was ok but I think a bit loud for the small space.

First time at Parkside Grille and our family had a great experience. The staff was friendly and timely, and the food was excellent. My wife and the Salmon Tacos with a side salad and I had the Five Alarm Wrap with Onion Rings. The tacos were awesome and the wrap hit the spot. I will say the Wrap was not spicy at all, when I saw five alarm I assumed spicy, but still delicious. The beer selection was good and they appeared to have a healthy selection of spirits including Knob Creek, Kettle One, Grey Goose, and many others. Prices for meals were $9.99 for the wrap and $14 for the Salmon Tacos. I ordered a Michelob Ultra, cost $2.00, very impressed with the beer price. The couple next to us ordered the Walleye and I would highly recommend it based on what I saw. Will definitely be ordering that next visit. By the way, beer price was a happy hour price, not sure what regular price is. My one complaint was no high chair for my 2 yr old, but the booster seat worked. To wrap up, highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back.

We’re frequent diners of Parkside and always enjoy the food. The staff provides excellent service and know our preferred drink options when we sit down. Tonight I ordered the special – cheese tortellaci and it did not disappoint. And the new bread they gave us amazing!

I have been holding off on writing this review because I didn’t want to ruin my little honey hole out here in Wildwood with a bunch of business and then I can’t find a table. However, this place is so good I have to share.
The food is great. I haven’t had anything I have disliked. Have tried the fish tacos, the burgers, and the prime rib dip. All were perfect. The fries are amazing.
Service is good. It’s a small place and a variety of wait staff pitches in to make sure customers are taken care of.
There is a cover charge on nights that entertainment is playing. It automatically gets added to your bill – so you don’t NEED cash but I am sure the bands would appreciate it.
Don’t be afraid – yes it’s attached to a preschool but that helps create ample parking.
This place is a gem. Go there but avoid Wednesdays because that is when I go.

There have been a number of establishments at this location over the years, I’ve always thought it was a unusual location and just never ended up at any of the previous establishments. We wanted a place close to home and the same old thing… We looked up the menu online and thought it looked promising. The staff was freindly and the food was quick to the table and very good. We had Clamari Fries with Sriracha aioli and Salmon egg rolls to start with. For the main course We had the Loaded Lobster Club with seasoned fries and The “in Your Face” Club with sweet potato waffle fries from the regular menu. From the Daily Speciels we had the Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the Fish and shrimp fry basket.
We all came away quite full and satisfied. It might be a little out of the way, but worth the trip.
