Coming Soon! We do not have a set date to open, just know we are tirelessly working to open as soon as possible. New owners, Adam and Melissa McCormick have been married for 23 years and have 3 amazing daughters and were blessed to add a wonderful son-in-law to the chaos about 9 months ago. We are lifelong Cairo residents. We attend Cairo Methodist Church. I (Melissa) will be at the Cafe full time and I cannot wait to meet you all. I am passionate about community and one of my goals is to bring back the sense of togetherness. I have always loved to cook and I am so excited to serve the community with what I hope you all will find as yummy-comfort food.
