I guess I don’t understand the hype. Yes the chicken was juicy and hot. Yes it lacked flavor. Yes the fries were good. Oh, did I mention the chicken was rather bland? Decent sized for the price but I was expecting more. The fries are one of my favorite cuts.
Not sure the slice of toast is necessary but another major chain does it too.
I would dare say based on the flavor alone, it’s not a place I’m running back to.

I have never been before, but am happy to become a regular! Nena hooked us up with extra sauces! She gave us mayo to make fry sauce, clearly they know the local taste. Service was fantastic! The place has local vibes in the decor, and was squeaky clean, even the restrooms were super clean. I’m excited to try the outdoor seating next time. Thanks for the great meal, see you again soon!!

I loved my time at this fine establishment. Food was delicious but by far the best aspect of my dinner visit was the service from the charming employee named Nathan Myers. He swept in with my discomfort to fill it with his amazing grace, I might as well write an emotional anthem praising his character as the best canes employee i have ever met bringing tears to my eyes remembering that night of 1/2/2026. He has truly blessed my time and I hope to meet him once again 🙂

Nate Myers really blessed my experience here. From the moment I stepped through the door, his cute smile warmed me up more than the chicken. He took me by the hand and escorted me to a table, and tucked a napkin in my shirt while booping my nose and saying “stay clean .” Safe to say I’ve never had a better server at any place ever. Nathan Myers charm immediately captivated my heart, and he caring demeanor made this a once in a lifetime experience that I will cherish forever.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience was disappointing. I’ve visited this store many times with no issues, but ordering online was frustrating. The app kept crashing, and other members of my household had the same problem. We called the store to place a pickup order, and the person on the phone initially said we could give our order and pay when we arrived. However, when we started placing the order, he told us we couldn’t order over the phone and would have to order in person. It was frustrating that we couldn’t even call ahead for pickup. We ended up not completing our order. Please fix your app and allow phone orders for pickup, it would make a big difference.

My first time visiting a Rasing Cane’s and it was not good. The crinkle fries were either cold and mushy or cold and hard. The chicken was not hot, not warm almost cool maybecroom temperature and had a rubbery texture when chewing, it was like it squeaked when chewing and the toast was wet soggy on the edges yuck.

Raising canes continues to get more expensive while the chicken tenders continue to get smaller. Ridiculous how tiny these “tenders” which are really slightly bigger than nuggets in this Caniac combo are. It’s delicious, sure. But it’s not worth your hard earned cash when they insult you with such small pieces at this price. Go to Chick-Fil-A if you need chicken.

Raising Canes is a food spot that mainly serves chicken fingers. They have a new location in saratoga springs that has a great hang out lobby with outdoor seating options as well. It has pretty good food portions even though it may be a little pricy for some, and the service time is quick with short wait times. It’s enviornment is very cozy and home like, and the food is fresh and yummy. The Cane sauce costs extra but is totally worth it its absolutely fire. Friendly staff and clean building, totally recommend.

Raising Cane’s is a great place to hang out. The chicken was juicy though rather bland, and the fries are to die for. The workers were the most friendly I’ve seen from fast food. The small menu makes decisions easy and fast, and lines move quickly. I love the vibe here, I will definitely be coming back many times to experience the wonderful Cane’s sauce!
