The first time I ordered from here it was awesome . Second time My mom was over and I was like oh my did we need to get bubbakoos you’ll love it….it was terrible. I spent $60 on garbage . Tacos / bowls had zero sauce and the tiniest pieces of meat…safe to say I won’t be back.

We had a little company ordering day today and we decided to order from here. We placed our order online for a pick up and that was super easy to do. Once I got there the staff greeted me immediately and were very pleasant. We had a huge order and I did wait probably 5 min but I got there earlier to make sure I wasn’t late. Once I got to work we all loved our food. Everything was made as ordered and had tons of flavor and spice. We ordered quesadillas and burritos and nachos and drinks and chips and a few other things. But food was amazing and portions were just right. Definitely would order again soon

The service at this location is so amazing. The guys who work here have the best attitude! I have never not once been here and had a bad experience. I was just in recently and one of the guys was soooooo respectful and accommodating to a customer who ordered online and something happened to the order. They are just so kind and anytime someone is waiting they make sure to acknowledge the customers which many places don’t do anymore. I like coming here and will always do so.

Friendly and helpful staff. I spoke with the owner he showed me how to use the coupons on the app. I appreciate that, because with a blended family meals out can be a bit pricey.

this has always been my favorite bubbakoos location and that was solidified a few weeks ago when my fiance’s car battery died in the parking lot and an employee named zack went out of his way to help us jump our car! even though this isn’t the closest location to where we live, we always try to go out of our way to come here, the food is consistently great and staff goes above and beyond 🙂

My husband and I were craving a bowl, so we ordered a crispy chicken bowl with extra crispy chicken and extra bacon over rice to share for pickup. When we got home, we noticed the bowl had barely any chicken—about five small pieces at most—and almost no bacon. As you can see from the picture, it was mostly rice and veggies, with very little lettuce. To make matters worse, we found a hair tucked underneath the food.
We’ve always loved Bubbakoo’s and have never had any issues with the Brick and Manasquan locations, but we were extremely disappointed with the Hazlet location.

Food is fresh and so delicious. Every time I get the same quality of food. Definitely better than Chipotle I faithfully hit up bubbakoo at least once a week. Just tried there wings today. No complaints here. And the staff at the Avenel location are the best. Great job on hiring awesome employees. Another visit today 11/29 2 bowls and 12 pcs wings.

Just grabbed a bowl and kids quesadilla with my son. The guys who took care of us were so nice. We were greeted when we came in. The staff were polite and engaging. I’d be proud if they were my staff
