Went to stop there on the way traveling through with our family of 7 for dinner. It was 7:30pm. The restaurant hours say closes at 8pm on their sign. Well, the front doors were locked and the employee inside was pointing. Not sure if she was pointing for us to go to the drivethru, but we wanted to use the restroom and order our dinner. We got back in the car and went elsewhere for food. Disappointed and definitely won’t stop here again on our multitude of trips back and forth to Ann Arbor.

Great place with super fast service. They make the subs rite in front of you. They can make any kind you want. I get a crazy odd one that I pretty much just make up as we go. Cheddar toasted bread. All and every ype of meat they have and all the cheeses they have. Then add mustard and ranch. LOVE ❤️ IT. The staff is very friendly and kind. The cookies are killer and I always walk out with a box of 12 or maybe more. YUMMY .

Don’t think you’re going to use any coupons here if they do accept the coupon it’s only for four different subs. The corporate coupon say the subs stay eliminate but this place eliminates way more not worth it go to Bell Road go to Walmart on corona that subway. Don’t eat at this one.

This is the WORST place you will ever go to. The employees are sooo rude and the place is nasty to walk in to, every time I come in there’s people yelling in the back and saying disgusting things to each other and sometimes the customers ! I don’t know what type of business allows this behavior but it’s terrible! I ordered via drive through and the lady taking my order was just yelling at me. the food is disgusting and they always sell old slimey vegetables, and don’t even get me started on the bread! It’s impossible to bite into without hurting your teeth, they don’t care about the customers and it shows !! do better.

Really sucks when you order off the app and it goes to the wrong Subway even though you clicked on the one you needed and when you contact that subway for a refund since this one was an hour away from me all they can tell me is they don’t know how to do refunds. The manager promised to call me back after 5 minutes and never did so when I called the store they just let the phone continuously ring! This is truly the WORST experience I’ve ever had! Not only did they steal my money but then I had to pay again for the correct subway to get my order!
