Not bad, local shop. Looks like they’ve been here a while and have a local following. I got a medium pizza, sausage, mushroom & onion. Standard crust and a bit thick. I should have ordered the thin crust. Next time. I always think the crust is filler, like bread sticks. Room to sit down inside, but might get a bit sketchy at night.

Definitely one the best, if not THE best pizza in the Redlands/Loma Linda/San Bernardino area!! The pizza isn’t even the only thing that’s great though! The salads are so good with plenty of toppings and a spectacular Italian dressing that I eat over my usual beloved ranch (don’t judge, ranch is amazing for those of us who love it!). We haven’t tried the sandwiches yet, despite eating here multiple times, but anyone you mention Sorrentino’s to asks if you tried them so they must be good! Everyone who works there has been super nice as well, whether it’s a slow 3pm on a Tuesday that we go in to order or 6pm on a busy Saturday and we call in an order. The prices are really good as well, particularly for the quality of the pizzas. I would gladly pay $70 or more for the two pizzas and a huge salad we usually order, but we pay $50. I highly recommend Sorrentino’s, both here and to anyone who asks me in person for a great pizza joint with good prices and amazing food!

I don’t usually post negative reviews I usually let it go when I have a bad experience. But because the manager was so rude to me I can’t let it go. I called to let them know that my pizza was very burnt and I took pictures. The manager replied, “We don’t usually send out burnt pizzas.” (translation: I don’t believe you.) I explained to her I ordered the pizza because I don’t have transportation AND I couldn’t call because my phone was broke and they were closing at 8:00 and didn’t get it until close to 8:00. She replied “well we don’t close until 9:00 so you could have come in.” Just said I don’t have transportation. ZERO apology, zero empathy. Zero customer service. Pizza was still decent even burnt.

Went here the other day and the food was terrible, we ate maybe half the food because we were so hungry and didn’t bother taking the rest home for later. There were only two people working and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We were given expired chips to go with our sandwich and the food was extremely bland and the sauce was sour from using poor quality ingredients.
We ordered the Vegitarian meatball sub and stuffed shells. I definitely don’t recommend this place. The building was run down and dirty. When we went to sit down the TV was playing dental implant commercials on loop, then when one of the employees went on break she changed the channel to a baseball game which we were momentarily grateful for until she turned the volume up so loud we could barely hear each other speak. After that we just left.

While there are not many tables, we had no problem at dinnertime. Good service, as soon as request made, it was dealt with. Enjoyed our BBQ Chicken Pizza very much.

Nice chill place. Came here on a whim. Heard pizza and calzonies were good. Pizza was delicious…the cheese is amazing. We need to come back to taste more stuff. Calzone was great my daughter order the vegetarian one . I had a piece it was very good. People were nice here and it’s nice and cozy spot. Enjoyed our visit highly recommend it…

ONLINE DELIVERY – They Do Not put a taper proof seal on your pizzas/food… So you are at the mercy of a stranger delivering your food to not tamper with it. Not cool. Good pizza though, will NEVER order it to be delivered.
