We were new to Breckenridge but we found the entrance to Subway off the side road. The service was great, with cheerful, happy employees who made our sandwiches exactly as we asked, and the sandwiches-the “meal of the day” meatball sub and my usual chicken teriyaki with lots of green veggies was very good. They were generous with the veggies, unlike some, and really listened to my requests. I recommend them!

Overall unfriendly. I generally go in between 3-5. Older woman greets but younger people stay in back. If they do come out they ignore me. Sandwiches are skimpy. I get a double meat but I can only get 9-10 spinach leaves TOTAL after asking for MORE, TWICE. The cold cuts need to be ON THE BREAD not hanging off the sides. I’ve given the local store numerous chances. It would be great if the owners did hands on management to keep this store open. I travel so I can get my subs at Eastland, Ranger, Cisco, Abilene…

Today just tip me over to finally leave this review. I moved here to Breckenridge about 8 months ago. I have been to this subway at least ten times. Each time I have been in there the employees are rude and will not even greet the customer. They stand there and ask what you want or nothing all. The assembly of the sandwich is alway the very sad sandwich with little of deli meat. Today was the worst because I ordered online and paid for the almost $2 more for the deli meat but got one slice of sandwich I ordered plus extremely little of the toppings. I saw her assembling it and told her I had paid for the extra deli. Her response was I know and continued to add the toppings which I told her were to little to add more. She didn’t even bother to look or say anything. She even counted the six black olives she put on my sandwich. I paid almost $14 for this sandwich which worth after she finished to maybe $3. This the same response in this location the employees here don’t care or management is training these people to treat their customers with disrespect and not to listen. I was trying to give my money in this town but this location makes it almost impossible to continue to come to their restaurant again. This is not the only time this has happened but the worst. This restaurant trains their employees to scimp on all the sandwiches. They ignored me when I told her that I paid for more deli but she continued to finish the sandwich. I would ask for my money back but my daughter and husband were waiting on their sandwichs. I piad over $24 for two sandwiches that were worth maybe $5. You would get more meat and better sandwiches at Walmart premade sandwichs. I am going to try to talk to their manager in the morning since it’s the only time management is there. I have very little expectations that the talk will make a difference. I will start buying my stuff to make them at home for a lot cheaper and better sandwiches.

We were the only patrons in the restaurant. It still took too long to get food.
Tea wasn’t made. I asked if tea could be made. They said it was someone else’s job and they didn’t want to overstep boundaries. I did NOT get my tea. Upon leaving, I let them know there wasn’t a trash liner in the trash can. She wasn’t pleased that I made her aware and told us to leave our trash on the table. Though it took 16 minutes to have 3 sandwiches made, it was good. I’m hoping our next experience is a better one. We are very reasonable people and understand that there will be “off” days. We’ll be back! 🙂

While subway is just a sandwich shop, the smell when we entered the store was off (sour smell) we were the only customers in the store and employee was very rude to the point of we almost walked back out. Very bad customer service attitude. We won’t be back to the store ever.
