I want to give a shout out to the manager of the store, who also happened to be our delivery driver, Robert. I have known this person for many years and he has the BEST attitude no matter how crazy things get. When he came to deliver our food my mother was the one that meet him on our porch and from what I heard it was a crazy day, and super busy. Still he was able to deliver our dinner, hot and yummy, with a smile. Thank you Robert for being a great example of customer service!

Very rarely do I run into a restaurant that not only disappoints once but disappoints Time that I order from them. Here is the pizza I got for my children this evening from this restaurant for dinner. $70 for something that looks like someone threw it away pulled it out of the trashcan and then delivered it to me. I was even able to stop the delivery driver from leaving my drive way to show them what the pizzas looked like and they told me it wasn’t their problem.

This is the 4th time I have been let down by this location. When I worked for a pizza joint and we didn’t have a certain beverage I stopped off and picked it up. Gotta make the customer happy. I mean how is it that the manager does not know how to order an ample supply of beverage. And for too often i have asked for extra sauce only to get the exact opposite.

My family and I eat here all the time, but, recently, the quality has gone downhill. Our pizzas were all undercooked tonight and thus inedible. The crust was gummy and obviously needed to have been cooked a few minutes longer. I had to bake it longer myself, which defeats the purpose of getting food out. My cinnamon bites, which are a new menu item, had hardly any cinnamon on them. They, too, were inedible. (Pic posted below)
I know they’re busy tonight and are trying to hire more people and that probably has something to do with the poor quality, but it was still frustrating.

I’m not sure about the serving size of the new pastas. I ordered two and parm bites for a total of $24 and the pasta just covered the bottom of the aluminum pan. Very little pasta and noodles are cheap, lol. Experience doesn’t encourage me to buy any other products in the future if I spend $24 for some dough bites and two pasta bowls that have maybe 8 noodles each. Very sad.

This location at 4112 Airline has gone so far down hill from 3 or 4 years ago. The dips have gotten so small that it’s not worth the money. On my last order I pay extra to get a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni’s and this pizza had no extra then it usually does. Im done with dominos. At this point a box pizza from the store is better.

I had the worst experience today at Domino’s 4112 Airline Dr with one of the employees. Most of the time, I order the Chicken Alfredo, and since the app doesn’t have an option to add extra Alfredo sauce, I usually ask the staff to add more sauce, and they normally provide it.
However, today I ordered four meals and asked one of the new employees for extra sauce or to at least give me some on the side. To my surprise, he told me that it’s not possible and that he would need to remake the dish, which he refused to do.
I believe proper training should be provided before hiring new staff, as this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Terrible service! Ordered delivery, waited over an hour, then told to pick it up myself. No partial refund for delivery fee, doors locked, had to wait in a long drive-thru line.
