This was my first visit to this location, but it sure won’t be my last! Fantastic staff imo, and the young man who took my order had just started working here. I had a coupon, which made entering my order into their system more difficult. Idk his name, but the lady training him was Andrea I think. She was very efficient and seemed like a great boss p.s. my pizza and garlic knots were amazing

Copy of letter sent to corporate. Called the store twice, neither the manager or owner replied. UNCLEAN FACILITY.
My wife came home earlier tonight with a Pizza from your Ozark store. I have included a picture of the receipt. Also I have included pics of the wing bolt I chomped down on. It looks like a bolt off a safety guard of a slicer. I am uncertain what I may of swallowed ,if anything. I called the local store to report the incident and they told me to call back tomorrow and talk with a manager. This is beyond distressing and the damn restaurant should have been shut down at least temporarily for a full inspection. But it was not important enough for me to speak with a manager or owner tonight. Or for your employees to care enough about your customers to shut down for safety reasons. What if a child swallowed this? You would have a much bigger problem, I assure you. Lack of concern and lack of safety training is evident at this location.
That is why I am emailing you tonight.
I don’t know if I have damaged my teeth. I will find out Monday, at my next dental appointment . If I have swallowed some foreign item due to your lack of cleanliness, I will find out before Monday.
I do not wish to escalate this but may depending on your resolution and assurances of your product quality or changes to avoid this from happening again at this location.

The gentleman there was nice but left my order (ordered ahead) on a rack in front of a window. The pizza was physically warm, but still ate and didn’t get sick so that’s a plus!

The afternoon cashier was extremely rude today. This is not my first bad experience with this location. Obviously they need new managers and better employees with better attitudes. When you work with the public your attitude should ALWAYS be polite and helpful. And when did Papa Murphy’s stop putting the cooking directions with every pizza, calzone, or crustless meal??? I got a calzone and no directions on how to cook it, I got a crustless last time with no directions it’s crap that we now have to look this up instead of it being packaged with our order.

They don’t close till 8 … but refused to take my order at 730…. you close at 8 .. that means you don’t start cleaning up till 8 .. not 730 so you can walk out the door at 8 … freaking stupid… loss of business

This is the second time ordering from this location and they were done with the order so much faster than the listed time but it was also done so incredibly well! Other pizza places skimp on the toppings, even when you pay extra to an add them, but not Papa Murphy’s! It’s always loaded up and lots of cheese without extra fees. The staff are extremely kind and efficient. The location is also very clean and well maintained.

This place is good. Fresh pizza that you cook at home. I really recommend the double stuffed pizza, it’s literally two pizzas stacked on top of each other. On Tuesday, it’s only $10. The place is clean with friendly staff. Only issue I had was sometimes they don’t have enough staff for the pizzas they have to make. Ordered here several times and always been satisfied.
