It looks like just another strip mall shotgun restaurant, but don’t let its looks fool you. While a sub here will cost you a little bit more than Subway, remember, you get what you pay for, and here the difference in taste and quality is substantially better than the competition.

Great food! The staff was super friendly and the place was super clean! I love the fries they have and the Philly cheesestake was great! I would recommend to everyone! There fries are cooked in peanut oil for anyone who has peanut allergies!

For the second time they closed earlier than their posted time. This time I was picking up an order to deliver for Uber Eats. The door was locked with a sign on it that said takeout orders only, knocked on the door and a young man opened and said they stop serving at 6:30pm, so I pointed at the window and said it says 8pm. He then tried to say that they close at 6:30 and start cleaning then leave at 8. I said “that’s not what closed at 8 means, you can’t just stop accepting orders because you wanna go home early.” The website says they’re open for at least takeout until 8 on Sundays and online ordering sites and apps reflect that. I lost money and the business lost money because of laziness. If it’s within an hour of closing time don’t bother ordering from or going here because they’re probably closed early.

I was very excited to get Penn Station after years of not having it. The restaurant online says that they close at 11 pm, and I got there at 9 pm. PLENTY of time. After already being told that I could eat inside, I was told after paying that I could not eat in the restaurant because they close at 10 pm, which was untrue according to online hours. Therefore, I sat inside my car to eat and watched them as they shut the lights off and locked the door BEFORE 9:15 pm to signal they were closed. They also told me they couldn’t make any more fries, for whatever reason that could be. When we got to the cashier and they asked if we wanted drinks, I said I would have a sweet tea loud and clear for the cashier and after paying, they told me that they did not have any more sweet tea. You’re missing out on business because of this behavior. Haven’t been to Penn Station in years, and I will not for a few more years thanks to this! Hope that management sees this and really considers it. They are making a mockery of YOU and this is a real shame.

I ordered lunch and went down the counter to pay when I realized that I did not have my wallet. Went to my car to see if it had fallen out of my pocket. Couldn’t find it. Went back into the store to ask them to cancel my order because I had lost my wallet or left it at home. Manager said not to worry about it – that they would comp my lunch. I ate, went home and found my wallet, returned and paid. The manager could not have been any more gracious when he comped my meal or when I returned to pay. I will definitely return.

It’s very chill, the employees are usually in a good mood, and this is some greasy (in a good way) steak sub awesomeness with fries. The consistency is usually on-point, too. You know what you are here to get, and you know it will be just like the last 3 times. There is comfort in that. There is power in that.

This is my first time going to this location, but the evening crew working on 4/1/21 was a delight. Each team member worked well together. The cook made a point to smile (through a mask) and greet every guest. The cashier was witty and thorough. And the other guy (sorry, I don’t have a title for you/order taker) was kind and lighthearted.

It was just nice to be around a good atmosphere for once

Keep it up!

Love this place! The staff is the best! Friendly, personable, and polite. Food is made to order and high-quality. Dinning area is clean. Not sure what more you can ask for in a sandwich shop! Eat here all the time and it is super consistent.
