I called 3x to place a phone order but there was no answer, eventually found out that Day shift turns down the volume on the phone just not to take phone orders. Both waitresses in the IHOP restaurant were super helpful and apologetic about the situation, they rectified it by turning up the volume and provided a calm atmosphere with great customer service. They were definitely cleaning the restaurant and maintaining its appearance. The food was delicious, looked and tasted fresh, I ordered the chicken quesadillas and the chicken Florentine Crepes. I’m definitely appreciative of the cook for showing integrity through the meals they’ve prepared for me, honestly thankful to have enjoyed a great looking plate of food. Thank you

Had the Big Steak Omelette here and it was really good — hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, service was quick, and the place felt clean and organized. Food came out fast even though it was busy. Solid IHOP experience, would stop here again.

3rd time here, never again. Great food, staff not so great. Giant dining area but they seat everyone in one section close to kitchen doors. Hearing waitress complain about the other waitress taking her customer. No refills on drinks or never ending pancakes until the check was brought and when I asked she seemed aggravated and asked what we ordered to make sure we could get more pancakes.

I went again this weekend. Food was great but not picture worthy. I had the cinnamon stack pancakes. I wish I would’ve gotten my waitress name she was working her tail off! They were a waitress short and she kept up with drinks cleaning tables and seating people. We left her an awesome tip she deserved it! Oh and even though they were packed food got to us in a hurry and hot. I introduced my brother in-law to IHop I got him hooked. We’ll become regulars. Can’t wait to come back!
My wife daughter and I ate here Friday night. They always have such a great staff that works their butts off! Our waitress was on top of everything! Food was good as always!

Clean, employees were nice. My son and I walked in around 11:45 am and we sat at the counter. I ordered off the 55-plus menu (senior). Eggs and sausage were cooked just right, and the toast was heavly buttered. The hash browns… now that’s a totally different story. The top layer was hard as a rock. When I picked up that layer… the potatoes on the plate looked either heavy on the oil or butter, and I can’t tell which one. I did tell the waitress that the potatoes were hard/over fried ( my thoughts were that they that they sat in a pan for a very long time). My son paid for the meal and I did not ask him if they took anything off of the bill. In the car, he said that his meal was not that great either and this will be the last time here.

I walked in the doorway and decidrd to sit at the counter on the left because there was no hostess to greet me. As I was sitting down I heard a server making drinks say “have a seat, Sir”. I waited 30 minutes for a menu and was totally ignored so I walked out
UPDATE… The local manager “Dawn” found me while still onsite and apologized for what happened. She also asked me to come in for breakfast, but I’m leaving at 1am. I will come in for a meal the next time I’m in town…more to follow.

Our waitress Norma was awesome, she was constantly moving. She gave us awesome service, our food was hot, fresh and very fast. When it came time for us to go, Norma was taking care of a very large party. I asked the other server if she could take our payment for our bill. She refused and said Norma had to do it, but it would be a bit since she was busy with a large party. This is unacceptable, their is no reason someone else could not take my money for our breakfast. While we waited for Norma, the other 2 did nothing, just stood around. I won’t be back. What happened to customer service?
