How is this okay? 1st, didn’t get the cinnamon twists we ordered, failed to read mobile order correctly when it comes to ice and micing up box items.
Asked if fries could be fresh. Didnt even get a whole box that was paid for. They were hardly warm, still cold in the middle. Majority of small bits are hard and aren’t edible. I’ve never had this big of an issue at Taco Bell. What happened???

The BEST manager ever she really helped me out with an online order that mostly had nothing to do with her. She even went as far to remake my order because of a problem on door dashes end!

My visit to Taco Bell was disappointing. The food didn’t seem freshly made—the tacos were soggy and fell apart quickly, and the burrito was mostly rice with very little filling. The dining area needed more cleaning, as several tables still had trash and spills on them. Service at the counter was slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. I usually enjoy Taco Bell for a quick and reliable meal, but this location didn’t meet that expectation.

So, apparently when you go in to this restaurant now, you can’t use the register with an actual person. Instead, with a crap ton of people working there, you are required to use the kiosk, that won’t accept cash. So if you’re paying cash, you have to order on a kiosk, to just go to the register to have them take your payment. Even McDonald’s will let you order at the register. And for the lady that is supposed to be at the front counter telling people that she doesn’t touch the register unless she has to is kind of ridiculous. no, won’t be back unless I am actually forced to at gunpoint.

Drive thru order. One part of order was a Mexican pizza. They put it at the bottom of the bag then piled 2 burrito Supreme’s on top. When unbagging at home, the burritos had smashed the pizza. All the toppings were stuck to the lid. Wasn’t even worth it by then…

Check your bag, every single time. They have messed up my order so many times and I’ve just said nothing but today is number 4+ and they’ve earned the bad review. “Discovery Luxe box == Supreme box”. I swear their ears don’t even work and they don’t display or ask you to check the order on the screen so you get what you get I guess.

We had a rather large semi-complicated order due to picky eaters and I couldn’t be more happy with our food. Whoever is working today 8/9/25 @ 430pm is knocking it out of the park!! It couldn’t have been made better if I was to come in & make it myself, everything was absolutely perfect & made the exact way it was supposed to be. BIG THANK YOU TO THE WORKERS TODAY, YALL KILLED IT!! Good job guys
