Never again. Everything was soooo salty and dry. The corn was hard covered in salt and seasoning to the point it isn’t edible. Called the manager Mathew and he advised me there was nothing he could do since my kids ate a piece of chicken.
They reached out for me to share my experience, I emailed back and still haven’t heard a thing.

I went there in the morning and the store manager I believe her name is Sandra. She was very rude and the store was dirty I was sitting waiting for my food and there was chicken wings left underneath the table and multiple tables were dirty. Her staff looked like they needed to wear clean clothes. The boys hair was so long just hanging out his hat it was just a mess. Sandra was doing a interview with a young lady and was being so rude to her. I got a refund for my food and left and I will never return to Wingstop on 350 ever again.

Food was incorrect, I put the order for 7:15, it was 7:21 and I said I had something to go to hence the carryout time, the manager (older heavy set black woman) said it’s only been since 7:15 as if it’s not a big deal the food isn’t ready. I leave around 7:30 just to come home and realize it’s the wrong wings.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was dryer and tougher than any chicken I’ve ever had. The piece of chicken I received was so small it only made up half a sandwich, leaving me with the other half empty no chicken, and no pickles.
I also ordered a large crispy fry but received a regular size, and they were undercooked and soggy. The only thing that went right was the drink since I poured it myself, it was the only satisfying part of the meal and helped me wash down the disappointment.
I’m very disappointed to spend my money on this. You all have got to do better.

Absolutely terrible place, none of the employees have good customer service skills, they are unfamiliar with there menus, the cooks/line men look confused on how to prepare food, the manger for this night 12/19 had no words of encouragement for the staff, was very frustrated with her staff when making’s mistakes, along with no leadership skills. Lots of excuses of why the food is the way it was given to me and other customers.

The fries are good enough to make Hi Boy jealous. We usually put them in the air fryer to crisp them up though. Mango habanero burns just right on both ends.

But the biggest thing that annoys me, (and this goes especially to all my doordashers and uber eats people) is that if you look online, it says that on Fridays and Saturdays, they close at 1 AM. HOWEVER, they are only open until midnight, 7 DAYS A WEEK. (As you can see in the picture) And I can’t tell you how many times at first I drove there to pick up food but they were closed. PLEASE FIX THIS!! Anyway, whith all that being said, 2/5 stars.

Chicken wings are not done. I had to come home and put them in the oven. They give hardly no fries. I would not recommend this location at all!
