I drove down from Moose Pass early Sunday morning. The place was busy but I was seated promptly. Valerie, the waitress, took my order and gave me a piping hot cup of coffee. I had a ham and cheese omelet and breakfast potatoes. The portions were bigger than i expected, hot and very yummy! I got a coffee to go from Val, a hoodie from Shannon and had a smile on my face as a left. Thank you Breeze!

Had soup & coffee 1st evening. Service was so, so. Waitress was not attentive, slow service & not very friendly. Next morning, we went for breakfast; everyone was friendly. Shayna was our server. Place was hopping, staff worked as a team & service was great. Food plentiful. Waitress, Shayna, was excellent. Next day, we came for lunch. Shayna was the main reason we returned the very next day & Shayna. Again, was our server. Wife & I both said she is a terrific waitress & very nice lady.

I’m gonna be honest: based on the outside and the immediate vibe walking in, I wasn’t sure how good the food was going to be. My family showed up only about 30 minutes before closing (I know we are trash: our other dinner plans all fell through) and our server was very gracious and assured us that it was okay and that we would be taken care of. We ordered the chicken sandwich, some buffalo wings, and a caesar salad and wow I was so impressed! The food came out fast and it tasted excellent! We were all very pleasantly surprised

From previous experiences the restaurant linked to a hotel/motel are not great. From the visuals of this restaurant I was not expecting much. When walking in, the smell wasn’t pleasant like the aromas on the outside.
I am so happy to say I was so wrong with my low expectations.
I ordered the Mac and cheese burger with fries. The hamburger was cooked perfectly with a light pink center, the flavor was perfect, the tomato and lettuce were cold and crisp.. the fries have a perfect crunch with a gooey inside. The flavors were perfect.
My husband ordered the grilled cheese burger with fries.. this was so much better than expected and he for once made the better food choice. It was not greasy and it had the perfect flavor balance.
If you’re in the area, check this place out.. you will not be disappointed

Service was great! Quick & friendly! The gravy was fantastic, different than anywhere else I’ve had, the aroma was amazing! We went in as soon as they opened, so there was still a heavy smell of cleaning chemicals that died down after a little bit.

The stars of the show were the Wild Game Slider. These beauties were crammed full of juicy, tender Moose, Elk, Buffalo and Deer – not just a novelty – a real taste treat.
