I’ve told them multiple time “ this is not Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam.” It was just regular foam!!! I asked repeatedly for it to be corrected. One of the staff members was willing to help, but she refused to make the change. Extremely disappointed with the service. I live in Avalon and will never go back there again.

I just stopped for coffee on my way to work and they gave me a broken cup. Clearly the cup was damaged but they still served it to me anyways. I got in my car and it spilled everywhere. Now I’m sitting at work with stained clothes and half a coffee that has coffee grounds in it. This is just plain careless and unacceptable.

I purchased a wrap from store #355232. Upon consuming the wrap, I felt something extremely sharp inside my mouth. Upon inspection, I discovered large, sharp wood-like pieces inside the wrap. I immediately documented the issue by taking photographs and returned to the store to address my concerns.

Upon arrival, I requested to speak with the manager but was informed that no manager was available at the time. Additionally, the staff on duty had limited English proficiency. One staff member offered me another wrap free of charge, but I declined the offer as my concern extends beyond a simple replacement and the thought crossed my mind- what if that batch had the sharp things in it too?

This incident raises serious food safety concerns, particularly as these sharp objects could pose a significant choking hazard, especially if consumed by a young child. It is deeply concerning that the store did not take full accountability by removing the entire batch of chicken or the affected wraps to ensure customer safety.

I feel obligated to report this matter to the appropriate authorities, as such negligence must be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I urge the company to investigate this incident thoroughly and implement the necessary corrective actions.

I’ve been coming every time in the shop this Dunkin’ Donuts today I just came for a coffee and a simple bagel. The front girls work here. She was horrible customer service. She said she cannot provide her name because she declined to give you the order and she was just mean to us because of I don’t know why maybe she have a end of the day but really today Monday 530 I was in the shop please Owner verify what I did wrong with this and what kind of service she did that’s why we walked out. Just walked out after spending 10 minutes waiting at the front for someone to take my order. There was a line in front of me who all got helped but when I was my turn I guess they decided I wasn’t worth helping like the rest of the line? Nobody was behind me so I guess it was me in particular they didn’t care about. Awful service.

Edit: Went to Starbucks instead. They tried this novel thing called “service”. 5 stars there. I’ll be avoiding Dunkin in general from now on.

I’ve lived in the Wesmont community for 9 years now and this Dunkin Donuts has never been worse than it has in the past couple years. It used to be dirty often but that has since changed however the service is still atrocious. I’m finally writing a review which I rarely do because honestly it’s awful! I live in the community and would rather drive to ANY other Dunkin BUT this one. I gave it another chance this morning and again, waited online with no service , not even someone at the register for over 10 minutes. With 5 people on line! In the past I’ve waited 20 min plus for ONE COFFEE. One. I’ve gotten cold coffees here before as well. But the service is the worst of all, I’ve been late places coming here for a coffee. How is one person on register AND making the coffee and food? As a manager myself, it’s not worth the save on payroll. This is always the worst customer service I ever experienced, ever. Please find better management and correctly staff this place, this is a busy community and people shouldn’t be waiting on a line of 5 people for 15 minutes. Will never be back.

Visiting the neighborhood, and stopped by Dunkin for a scoop of ice cream.

The store was very clean, service was great. Staff was very friendly. What more could you ask for.

I ordered my scoop of ice cream. Very happy with my experience. The young lady that took care of me told me she was new, but her service was so great. I mentioned she should be in management. Happy to see the positive growth with this location. Definitely recommend checking out if your in the area.

Very friendly staff. I was impressed. However the service was slow. They need to pick up on speed. People that come into Dunkin are on the run and are looking to come and leave asap. Tables and counters were a bit dirty as well. I would have given five stars if they gave fast service and the place looked clean.

I recommend going in person to order and not through uber eats. I’ve ordered from here and not only do they take longer than expected for arrival but they forget straws and you’ll get your order wrong. Their staff needs to double check orders because today I ordered a matcha latte and I got a coffee instead and I waited over an hour for my order. Not only was it taking longer than expected but also I got the wrong order. When I complained through uber eats I got refunded half of the cost of the drink…. Please do better for your customers I don’t usually write reviews but it has happened twice in a row now and this needs to be brought up for attention.
