The food was tasty and well-prepared, and overall the experience was pleasant. However, I feel that tea should have been complimentary after reaching a certain purchase amount. That small gesture would have made the visit even better.

Bought a pineapple pastry recently and it did not seem fresh. The frosting was very dry, and there was mould inside the pastry. This was unexpected and disappointing. Sharing this feedback so quality and freshness can be improved.

This wonderful cafe has authentic Indian cuisine- much of which is made to order! Wonderful selection and they are very inviting and helpful! Friendly way to expand your dining out experience! You can eat in at the cafe or takeout!

Really liked thejr evening chats. Today’s visit was very disappointing. We had to wait for fresh batch of samosas so we ordered masala poori . An elderly guy was at the chat counter and I saw him dropping the puris down on to the floor as a mistake from a box , he picked them back and put it in the box and made masala puri with the same ones . He also did this whole thing without wearing gloves and while serving I saw him wear gloves . On requesting he denied what he did , and when confronted he agreed and made a fresh batch .

The food was quite enjoyable, although we did have the company of two unwelcome guests (flies). I do believe that hygiene is an important aspect to consider. It would be a shame to let the presence of flies detract from the quality of your food.

I want to bring this to everyone attention that if you want to order anything for your party then this is not a reliable place. We wanted to order almost 150 pieces of samosas and we inquired about it a week before. The person at the counter told my husband that he can get the samosas if he will come pick up and within few minutes they can get it ready and no need to pay before or no need to order before. We drove 1 hour to the place to get refused by the person saying they can’t do the order. They only are serving buffet and will not do any samosa orders. Really very very disappointing. We have lost trust in this business.

The Chicken Fry Biryani had a raw smell, and it felt like the chicken was just fried in palm oil and mixed with biryani rice, not a proper fry biryani.
When I raised this concern at the counter, there was no proper response.
Please either prepare this dish authentically or consider not offering it.

Cafe in the grocery store. Tasty Mehdu Vada masala chai and masala dosa for breakfast is a good alternative to pancakes and toast.
The sambar is a little spicy so be ready for it.
You can even buy packaged Indian snack foods from the grocery store section of this restaurant.
Overall a good experience and worth the 18 min drive south of Nashville.
