The pizza is always hot and fresh. The only issue I have ever had with Marcos was not their fault. DD delivered the wrong pizza to me. I called the store and they corrected the mistake that wasn’t even their fault.

I am really disappointed in marcos today. I placed an online order at 4pm for delivery at 530 pm. Called at 540 to check status of order. Apparently driver just got there so it’s going to be another 15 minutes!! Pizza finally arrived at 615. Luke warm and dried out.

One of the best things about renting a video at Family Video was discovering the pizza at Marco’s. When I was driving, I saw this Marco’s in a stand-alone location, so I immediately had to stop. The pizza is still great, and I also ordered a pizza bowl. All the deliciousness of a Marco’s pizza without all the carbs of the crust!

We don’t get to eat there too often, but the food is always delicious and hot. The manager and staff were polite and made sure we had everything we needed to dine in. The restaurant does have some seating, but I would imagine most people carry out or have it delivered. We do the dine in since we don’t live close by.

They use DoorDash drivers instead of hiring actual in-store staff and then when you recieve cold/poor quality food they tell you they have a NO-REFUNDS policy! Laughable… DO NOT ORDER!
