That chik fila sauce is just awesome. Combined with the waffle fries, it’s the best in town for sure. I love the chicken, services is always on point. I really don’t know how to even complain about this place. I always end up spending more than I’d like for the amount of food, but I don’t ever leave feeling disappointed with my meal. Spicy chicken is actually pretty spicy, so just watch out. Definitely a top tier fast food place in town!

So I’m from out of town and I went to a familiar favorite that I’ve been to 1000 times and I gotta say whenever I walked in here it made me feel like I was back home again. I want to point out someone in specific his name is Coleman. He was probably the most genuine person I’ve met in a long time. Very nice guy made sure my food was delicious even gave me a refill like I was at fine dining restaurant. This gentleman deserves a raise.

Lets just start off by saying i love Chick-fil-A everywhere except for this location I don’t appreciate pulling up to the window and having teenagers make fun of me calling me a sea lion clapping his hands together and making the awful noise that sea lion make and then two girls laughing along with him his name is Manny and I do not believe I will ever come back to this location ever again thanks to Manny or maybe his manager for allowing such an unprofessional teenager run the drive-thru window I mean don’t you train them on how to be professional at least to shut the damn window before you start making fun of people. I proceeded call the on shift manager talked to landon and then Landon passed off the phone to someone else who refused to me his name but asked me my name and then proceeded to tell me to never come back. Then proceeds to blow up my phone until i eventually had to block him. guarantee 100% will I never come to back here in Ada Oklahoma. The owner needs to do better.

Terrible customer service. Called to speak to the manager to see if it was normal for her store to be ran like I just experienced. She said it’s normal and she couldn’t do anything to fix the issues. Will not being going back and spending money with this location.

As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service. But this time they went out way beyond customer satisfaction. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through town close to their closing time.. so I called this specific store 14 minutes before the closing and told them if I can put a request over the phone and come pick it up right at 10 PM. The team was very understanding and had my order ready for pick up right at 10PM

I come thru the drive thru. I tell them I placed a mobile order. They say someone else’s name and call me a ma’am, I’m a Sir. I say that’s not my order then I wait 12 mins in line to be told my order wasn’t checked in. Unbelievable.
