Went before peak dinner times and service/food was quick. Got the cape cod tacos, which were cooked and breaded well. However they seemed a bit bland and could’ve used some more acidity.
Prices were just okay. My husband liked his fish and chips and had a good portion size.

The food is fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. We love the Tiki Torch Quesadilla and rice bowls. The fries and onion rings are also amazing!

We were sat quickly and service was great! We got the Crab Rangoon dip to start with and it was SO DELICIOUS! It was definitely the best part of the dinner! We also got a side of fried pickles and they were perfectly crisp, the spicy dipping sauce it came with was a perfect combination. I was a little disappointed that soda is $3.50, a little on the pricey side but it’s fine. I got the southwest chicken bowl and it was okay. Not too spicy and the chicken was yummy, very light on sauce which made it a bit dry. The corn didn’t have any southwest corn flavor to it. I asked for extra cilantro but didn’t really taste or see any (it was a .50 up charge). Another person I was with got the fish and chips, which is pretty pricey. They asked ahead of time if it’s a big cut of fish, which the waitress said yes…..then when we saw it it was like a square of fish. She said the fries were delicious though and perfectly crispy. We were charged for extra tartar sauce and weren’t told ahead of time that it would be an up charge. My child got fish bites and fries, he loveeeddd them! Super crispy and flavorful! It was a perfect size meal for him and honesty the two pieces of fish were about the same size as the fish and chips meal (which I think is about $13 more than the kids meal). The last person I was with loved his tacos, loved the extra lime he had to give it a nice twist!

I would have given Snows a 5-star rating, but I was a bit set back when I witnessed a Manager (I assume he was a Manager) talking down to one of the staff. It was not a long conversation but a very smug one. Seemed he was not promoting teamwork or creating a fun and light atmosphere. Other than that the staff did the best they could to be as cheerful as possible. “A customer will not love a company if the employees don’t love it first”.
The food was fantastic and the restaurant ambience was great (one improvement recommended, since it is a Surf Shack maybe the staff should be wearing more colorful shirts and change the music to more of a beach-like vide). Will definitely return!

Snow’s Surf Shack nails the perfect mix of relaxed, beachy atmosphere and amazing food! Perfectly seasoned tacos (chicken, fish, shrimp — all delicious), fantastic drinks (try the Beach Hair Don’t Care!), and super family-friendly vibes. Our kids loved it, we loved it — can’t wait to come back!

Snow’s Surf Shack is a wonderful addition to the food scene. I was seated quickly, and my server, Brenna, was prompt. They were out if the Crab Rangroovy, and she made a couple of suggestions. I settled on The Dip Rip, and it did not disappoint. The chips were served warm, the guac, salsa verde, and the pico all nicely chilled and very fresh. The serving was generous. I also ordered the Ginger Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. This was artfully arranged, a pleasure to look at, and so very tasty. The salmon was in bite size chunks, the vegetables crisp and fresh. The rice was cooked to perfection, and the avocado lime crema was delightful. The serving size for this was also generous. My server, Brenna, was attentive. There was another woman who came over and asked how I was doing, but I did not get her name. She was also very nice. I will be going back, hopefully to try the Crab Rangroovy.
