I visited a couple days ago around 1 PM and ordered a simple drink. Unfortunately, one of the girls behind the counter gave me some attitude, which wasn’t a great experience. However, there was a gentleman there who I believe may be new, as I hadn’t seen him before. He quickly apologized and got my drink right away, completely turning my mood around with his professionalism.

The next day, I went back and used the drive-through, and he happened to be working again. He handed me my coffee, made me laugh, and was both quick and efficient. His customer service was truly above and beyond. I just wish name tags were worn so I could properly recognize him for his excellent service.

Despite the initial experience, I’ll definitely be visiting again and hope that everyone there can provide the same level of friendly and professional attitude he did.

Purchased a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card $20.00. They were out of envelopes to put it in. So I asked for a cup to put it in. Which may have cost them 15 cents. The employee had to ask her manager, a large African-American woman came over and said that I needed to purchase something to get a cup. I held up the receipt and the gift card I literally just purchased and said “I did just make a purchase”. She said NO! angrily you have to make a purchase if you want a cup for free. Her attitude was nasty. She was extremely rude and I will never go there again. Merry Christmas Dunkin ! HORRIBLE customer service. There are 159 other Dunkin’ Donuts in Rhode Island and many other coffee shops. I think you better up your game if you want to stay in business.

Customer bathroom was locked and customers were not permitted to use. When we enquire if it was truly out of order, the worker asked the manager what to say and the manager appeared evasive. I asked where do workers go, they said they have another bathroom in the back. Once again they appeared evasive..

This is hands-down, the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that you could possibly choose to go to. The employees are rude and incompetent every single time without fail. To top that off, they refuse to take 2 orders from the same vehicle even though orders are being paid for separately. Don’t even get me started on the old red headed woman who I’m assuming is the manager…. She’s probably the worst of all to deal with. If you want Dunkin, go to any other one and save yourself the hassle and aggravation.

This is not a review for one single experience, I have had many bad experiences here. Unfortunately this Dunkin is close to me so when I’m in a rush I don’t have much choice. This location is a disgrace to the franchise.

The lady in the drive thru this morning was very ignorant. I could tell she needed a day off because with her customer service I will go down the other end of the road if I want Dunkin. Not to mention everything was burnt. Dear management, take a look at the employees who need more training on customer service or better off a day off what happen to hiring quality workers with an attitude like that she can work at the Wyatt.

Rude drive through lady, coffee typically is extremely watered down compared to every single other dunkin, food isn’t even fully heated like the cheese on my sandwich is still a solid slice, hash browns are cold 70% of the time and today their ovens aren’t working?! Like come on man. It’s the only dunkin around. I know they’re pretty quick but the coffee at this dunkin isn’t even coffee, it’s flavored water.

Me and my son have been coming here every morning before work for a month now, we order “two snack n bacons with no seasonings” and have no problems, today I said “plain snack n bacon” when ordering, we were given the sugared covered one, I handed it back and mentioned how my son will not eat that and I had asked for it plain. She corrected the order and told me “next time just say plain bacon” ok. I drive off , my son pulls out his bacon it’s burnt . Literally strips of charcoal it was inedible. It honestly felt intentional. Will not be coming back.

Inventory is always low and consistently out of items. App never has accurate inventory so they sell you items they don’t have and then can’t do refunds through purchases on the app.
